We surveyed the following buildings keeping in view the

requirements for the H-8 Project:

1) F-11 Markaz
2) Saudi Pak Tower (Blue Area)
3) Beverly Center (Blue Area)

The information and features about these buildings are given below:
1) F-ll Markaz
F-11 Markaz includes the following:

• Banks
• Franchises
• Cable Service Providers
• Advertisement Agencies
• Call Centers
• Beauty Parlors
• Laundry services
• Banks
• Residential Apartments
• Media Offices
• Software Houses
• Online Gaming Cafes
• Security Agencies
• Event Management Companies
• Shopping Center
• Restaurants
• Multi National Organizations

2) Saudi Pak Tower

Saudi Pak owns a twenty-storey high-rise building in Islamabad
known as Saudi Pak Tower. The building, a landmark in
Islamabad was constructed in 1991. A major portion of the
building has been leased out. An Executive Business Centre,
equipped with state of the art facilities has also been established
in the Tower. Saudi Pak Tower includes the following:

• Multi National Companies

• Telecom Companies (Ericsson)
 • Executive Business Center (Anyone can book one or
more office rooms for a day, week, month or beyond.
You can host meeting, conferences, seminars or conduct
interviews in complete privacy and a functional
environment with facilities such as telephone, fax, 24
hour internet connectivity etc.)

• Security Agencies
• European TV channel Services

Recommendations:
Keeping in view the location and requirements of the H-8
Building Project, we recommend the following things to be included along
with other things in the Building:

1. A shopping mall which will have all kinds of shops such as garments,
furniture, electronics, Computer franchises, mobile phones etc.
2. A Cinema hall as there is no cinema in Islamabad. Cinepax is located
in RawalPindi which is not feasible for the public of Islamabad.
3. A Food Court
4. Spa and Therapy facilities
5. Separate Gyms for ladies and gents
6. Franchises
7. Multi-National Companies (which will also bring a lot of investment
in our country)
8. An Executive Business Center just like the one in Saudi Pak Tower.
This will attract a lot of companies, offices and individuals which can
become our permanent clients.
