Week 3 (23/7/2018 – 27/7/2018)

 Introduced to the packaging sticker making from device


 All the stickers must need to be checked first on their validity on their name, expired date,
Item number, weight of the product, and list of their ingredients. Before print out the
stickers, need to check on the quantity of the product that had been produce.
 Been introduced to dry plant process flow at the dry plant. Been given the task to complete
the process flow diagram for the dry ingredients production process including small pack
product. Been learned on dry product process in details, such as blending and packaging.
 Been given the task to monitor on weighing calibration by an outside calibration specialize
company. The calibration process was been checked and made on 5 weighing scales in side
dry and wet plant.
 Been given the task to study on Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) for wastewater treatment
process. Looked on the COD reading and calculation before going on the experiment to get
the COD reading.
 Been given the task to check the sticker validity with Quality Assurance Department
Executive, Miss Vernice. There are corrections on the raw material ingredients. Thus, the
label on the sticker need to be change and given back to QA department.
 Been introduced to the packing leaking test for the small pack packaging process. All the
packaging for the small pack product need to be test on a equipment whether the packaging
is valid to be used.
 Been introduced to the Wastewater treatment Plant Laboratory, that handled by En Moktar.
Been taught on ways on getting the COD data from different types of vials.

Week 4 (30/7/2018 – 3/8/2018)

 Finalize both EMT2 and SPT2 design tank dimension. Recheck the dimension if there any
different between the original dimension.

 Learned on wastewater process flow for our site, from the sump pit until the final discharge.
Took the first sample from Sump Pit 4, EQ Basin, Aeration Tank, and Final Discharge.

 Been given the task to test and collect the COD reading for those 4 sampling site, that are
Sump Pit 4, EQ Basin, Aeration Tank and Final discharge for one month (August 2018) .

 Been given the task to study and make a One Point Lesson for the Packing Leaking Test
conducted at Small Packing Room.

Week 5 (6/8/2018 – 10/8/2018)

 Design Tank for EMT2 and SPT2 been checked by supervisor. Supervisor had been
commented on certain flaws and problems and need to be improvised.
 Focused on the SPT2 tank Design for the modification. Re measure and re calculate for the
tank design.
 Been given the task to sort and check for the production process checklist for process
verification. The list of the process checklist had been checked and sort in to a file.

Week 6 (13/8/2018 – 17/8/2018)


 Been introduced to the production Raw material and packaging Stock Tag for the Dry and
Wet plant.
 During the stock tag, we need to prepare the raw material tag first and present the tag at the
raw material and packaging materials
 After all the tags already ready at each raw material, we will count the quantity of the raw
material and the packaging material. Throughout the stock tag, the item number and name
for the raw material and packaging material need to be checked.
 Been given the task to collect production process timing and number of workers needed for
few product such as, Pinnacle BSS 17 Kg, Starfresh 15 Kg, Tin Grease 24 Kg and Arrow
Chocolate Kularome 5Kg.
 Been given the task to monitor the calibration for temperature at the wet plant. During the
monitoring, there are 5 temperature sensor had been calibrate by using the calibrator. The
calibration process had been done in 4 hours.
