Schools often have multiple initiatives in place, leaving teachers and administrators feeling overwhelmed and overburdened. Reflect below on
how the DATA team initiative for which you are embarking may SUPPORT (rather than compete) with the initiatives listed above. How might
they SHARE resources, including staff’s time, energy, and commitment?

With the understanding that teachers are stretched very thin with the time available to them, the implementation of the Data Team initiative
will seek to help in the prior initiative of Achievement Teams. The Data Team initiative will help the members of the Data Team to learn how
to accurately apply the data received in Achievement Teams and then apply the correct strategies based on the data collected within specific
classes. I believe it is essential to let teachers know the Data Team initiative is not just another task without meaning; instead, it is one that has
been well thought out and can be applied in a meaningful way that will help students, teachers, and administration as they provide, collect, and
analyze the data of the school.
