Mennonite in the morning and afternoon. The project for this month is again School Kits.
Everyone is welcome! You will be blessed by the fellowship with other women of all ages as
you quilt, or knot comforters, which are given to MCC for distribution to needy persons
around the world. The following new items are included in a school kit:4 spiral or perforated-
pages notebooks (8.5 in x 10.5 in and 70 sheets, 8 new unsharpened pencils, 1 ruler (flat, good
quality; must indicate 30 cm; inch markings optional), 12 colored pencils (in pckg),1 large
eraser, 2 new black or blue ballpoint pens, 1 small metal pencil sharpener (one or two hole)
Sept. 26, Wed.- Youth Group Bible Study will meet at the church at 7 p.m.
Sept. 27, Thurs.- Jr. Youth Bible Study will meet at the church at 7 p.m.
Oct. 6, Sat. - Woodcrest Retreat's Annual Benefit Auction and Kid's Camp Bonanza. Come
and support reaching campers for Jesus! Great auction merchandise and food with children's
activities planned all day. Bidding begins at 9 a.m.
Oct. 7, Sun.- World Communion Sunday. We will join with Christians around the world by
celebrating a service that will include communion and foot washing.

Prayer 8:15 AM -Our church subscription to Missionary Messenger, (through EMM) is renewing. Please let
Sunday School 9:00 AM Shelby know, by October 8th, if you would like to be added to this mailing list. If any previous
Worship Service 10:00 AM information has changed, please make a note on the mailing list, that is on the table in the
narthex.
