INTRODUCTION

Incentives are a kind of appreciation paid to employees for their hard work. It’s a variable reward
paid to employees for their outstanding performance. Sometimes it is of some monetary value
which can also be referred as financial incentives. Sometimes it’s nonmonetary which can also
be referred as nonfinancial incentives.
Financial incentives are monetary benefits paid to an employee in recognition of his/her
outstanding performance. Nonfinancial incentives are motivation such as recognition of
employee’s hard work, praising their work these incentives encourages employees at a moralistic
manner which is as necessary as one’s financial needs. These incentives motivates employees to
put in extra effort and achieve higher targets than standard one’s and thereby they end up being
more productive. Which directly increases the productivity of an organization.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES


The main objective researcher aims to achieve through this project is to study how financial and
nonfinancial incentives increases employee’s productivity.

How incentives effect employee’s productivity?
Effects of incentives on organization productivity?

HYPOTHESIS
The researcher believes that there is a positive impact on employee’s productivity of financial
and nonfinancial incentives.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The researcher will be relying upon Doctrinal method of research to complete this project.
