CONFIRMATION OF SUBDIVISION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this Confirmation of Subdivision, made and entered into, by


and among the Surviving Part-owner, and the Heirs of
Deceased Part-owners, namely;

MANUELA F. ANGELES, widow, of legal age, Filipino, and


with residence at Catbangen, San Fernando City, La Union, and
hereinafter referred to as: “the Surviving Part-owner”;

DANIEL ROLAND G. BROOKS, married to Emily G. Brooks,


of legal age, Filipino, and with residence at San Agustin, San
Fernando City, La Union, and herein after referred to as an “Heir of
a Deceased Part-owner”;

WILFREDO P. ORDOÑO, married to Estrellita Ordoño, of


legal age, Filipino, and with residence at Tanqui, San Fernando City,
La Union, and hereinafter referred to as an “Heir of a Deceased
Part-owner”;

ROSITA N. GUERRERO, widow, of legal age, Filipino, and


with residence at Catbangen, San Fernando City, La Union, and
hereinafter referred to as an “Heir of a Deceased Part-owner”;

ALICIA Q. JAMASALI, widow, of legal age, Filipino, and with


residence at 112 Rosas St., Twinville Subdivision, Concepcion,
Marikina City, and hereinafter referred to as an “Heir of a
Deceased Part-owner”;

HERMINIGILDA N. ARIETA, widow, of legal age, Filipino,


and with residence at San Agustin, San Fernando City, La Union and
hereinafter referred to as an “Heir of a Deceased Part-owner”;

WITNESSETH:

Whereas, MANUELA F. ANGELES, together with the late


Agripina G. Ordoño (who is the same RUFINA G. ORDOÑO), Estela
Galvez Brooks (who is the same ESTELA GALVEZ), Benita Angelica
Galvez (who is the same ANGELITA GALVEZ), and GUILLERMO
GALVEZ, ROMUALDA GALVEZ, and, ROSA CASTRENCE, are the
ones, named as Part-Owners of two (2) parcels of land, more
particularly described, as follows:
“A parcel of land, (Agricultural/Residential), situated at
Sevilla, San Fernando City, La Union, designated as Lot 2830-
A, per Plan, Csd-01-029010-D. Bounded on the North, by
Lots 2827, 3417, 2828, 3416, 5247, & 2829; on the East, by
PNR; on the South, by Lot 2830-B, Plan, Csd-01-029010-D;
Lots. 2832, & 2833 and, on the West, by Lot 2827; containing
an area of 4,590 square meters, more or less, herein referred
to as PARCEL 1.”

“A parcel of land, (Agricultural), situated at Paringao,


Bauang, La Union, designated as Lot 4088. Bounded on the
North, by Lot 4089; on the East, by Lot 4116; on the South,
by Lot 4087; and, on the West, by PNR; containing an area of
8, 557 square meters, more or less, herein referred to as
PARCEL 2.”

Whereas, MANUELA F. ANGELES, is the only Surviving Part-


Owner of these parcels of land;

There is a need for the heirs of each and every Deceased Part-
Owner be represented respectively by at least one heir for
convenience of all the parties, and without any objection from any of
the heirs being represented, thus, hereby declare and manifest that:

DANIEL ROLAND G. BROOKS, is an heir and/or


representative of the HRS OF ESTELA GALVEZ BROOKS;

WILFREDO P. ORDOÑO, is an heir and/or representative


of the HRS OF AGRIPINA GALVEZ ORDOÑO;

ROSITA N. GUERRERO, is an heir and/or representative


of the HRS OF ROMUALDA GALVEZ;

ALICIA Q. JAMASALI, is an heir and/or representative of


the HRS OF ANGELICA GALVEZ;

HERMINIGILDA N. ARIETA, is an heir and/or


representative of the HRS OF ROSA CASTRENCE; and,

ALL THE PARTIES HERETO, shall be deemed legal forced


heirs of the late GUILLERMO GALVEZ, as said deceased part-
owner died intestate and without any information as to the
whereabouts/s of any of his heirs (if ever there be may);

WHEREFORE, the parties hereto had mutually agreed, as they do


so agree, that the parcel of land being referred to as PARCEL
1 (Sevilla property), be partitioned in accordance with the
proportionate share of each and every part owner but the
area as allocated for the tenant , thus hereby confirm that
the manner of subdivision, as follows:

1. Lot 10, containing an area of 273 square meters more or less,


segregated in favor of the tenant, with the (with
understanding however, that the 173 square meters constitutes
his tenants compensation in accordance with the Agrarian
Reform Law, while the 100 square meters as it came from the
proportionate share of Rosita N. Guerrero, who is
representing the Hrs of Romualda Galvez; shall be paid unto
and in her favor accordingly.
2. Lot _, containing an area of ____ square meters, delineated on
the ground, and depicted on plan, shall serve as perpetual right
of way;
3. Lot 3, containing an area of ____ square meters shall be for:
Rosita N. Guerrero, representing the Hrs of Romualda
Galvez, and the reason for being 100 square meters lesser is
started herein above;
4. Lot 2, containing an area of ____ square meters shall be for:
Daniel Roland G. Brooks, who is representing the Hrs of
Estela Galvez Brooks,
5. Lot 8, containing an area of ____ square meters shall be for:
Daniel Roland G. Brooks, who is representing the Hrs of
Estela Galvez Brooks,
6. Lot 9, containing an area of ____ square meters shall be for:
Daniel Roland G. Brooks, who is representing the Hrs of
Estela Galvez Brooks,
7. Lot 7, containing an area of ____ square meters shall be for:
Alicia Q. Jamasali, who is representing the Hrs of Angelica
Galvez,
8. Lot 6, containing an area of ____ square meters shall be for
Wilfredo P. Ordoño, representing the Hrs of Estela Galvez
Brooks,
9. Lot 4., containing an area of ____ square meters shall be for:
Herminigilda N. Arieta, representing the Hrs of Rosa
Castrence
10. Lot 1, containing an area of ____ square meters shall be
in the name of Guillermo Galvez;
