Opening Statement

I am seeking an engaging employer that will allow me to gain and strengthen valuable skills in a
teaching environment, while respectfully and professionally creating bonds with students to further
their own learning as well as my own. To demonstrate my ability to play a key role in a learning
environment that is inclusive, engaging, positive, and creative. As a new teacher, it is my goal to
create and mold learners of the future while also implementing ways that they are able to teach me
as a teacher and lifelong learner as well.

I am proud to say that I am a hardworking individual who is ready to face the days challenges and
do so in a positive and timely manner. By having strong communication skills and problem solving
skills, I am further enabled to create an interesting, creative, and inclusive environment for all
learners. I am determined to continue learning new skills each and every day with positivity,
enthusiasm, and a sense of humour in mind.

I have a strong passion for Ultimate Frisbee having played throughout most of my primary and
secondary school career. I also have a strong passion for travel, having travelled much of the
Caribbean, United States, Canada, and Europe.
