An international relief and development agency working to alleviate the suffering

among the world’s poorest and most needy communities regardless of race, creed
or nationality is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the following position for
Multan and Jampur Office.

Requirements

Qualification MBA Finance/Management or Masters in Sociology,


Anthropology, Social Work and Psychology
Experience At least 1-2 years of experience in Office administration
work. Candidates having experience of development sector
will be preferred.
Skills Strong interpersonal skills, Expertise in reporting, documentation, data
entry, MS-Word, Excel. Stress management & Time
management skills

Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maintaining petty cash records and updating of fixed


asset register.
2. May provide technical assistance to project staff in different tasks
such as the allocation of income or expenses; purchase of items as per
requirement of project in coordination with admin and Procurement
officer.
3. Responsible for banking transaction like withdrawal of cash,
submission of expense utilities bills to accounts department etc
4. Utilizes computer to prepare spreadsheets to analyze project data as
per requirement.
5. Responsible in preparation on monthly reports of projects activities as
per assigned.
6. Responsible for taking quotations and administrative matters of the
project
7. Organize project operations and procedures in coordination with
project coordinator and Admin and Procurement officer
8. Control correspondences, review and address supply requisitions
generated by project staffs in coordination with Procurement Officer
9. Maintain record of project assets and submission of updated record of
assets to admin and procurement officer as and when required
10. Timely submission and provision of requisition generated from
project staff
11. To maintain appropriate filing system, and carry out daily filling.
12. Any other assignment assigned by line supervisor
