terminate certain asserted claims from this Investigation. Specifically, Netlist seeks to terminate
asserted claims 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 50, 52 and 58 of U.S. Patent No. 9,606,907 (the "907
patent"). Netlist represents Respondents SK hynix Inc., SK hynix America Inc., and SK hynix
memory solutions Inc. ("Respondents") and the Commission Investigative Staff do not oppose
Netlist contends that termination of these claims will "help streamline the case and to
conserve the resources of the Chief All, Staff, and the private parties." (Id.) Netlist further
contends "no extraordinary circumstances exist that would prevent the partial termination of this
agreements, written or oral, express or implied between Netlist and Respondents concerning the
subject matter of the Investigation relevant to the adjudication of this motion." (Id. at 5.)
