1. Convince all peoples of the world that a Global Government is absolutely essential to
"solve" all the problems facing mankind.

"sustainable", and must be eliminated. Obviously, people will have to be scared out of

3. Move people out of cities and into the countryside. The genocide in Cambodia was the
trial run for this part of the scenario.
4. Reduce the population 90%. This part of the Plan will be carried out in conjunction with
the plan to move people out of cities.
5. Set aside approximately 50% of all land that will not be usable by humans, or even used
by humans. This effort will follow the United Nations Biodiversity Treaty, which we
covered in a previous article, NEWS1101, "Rewilding Of America Continues".

6. Successfully stage the appearance of Antichrist.
1) People could be convinced to move out of areas that seem to be most often affected by the change in
the weather patterns. Since our government is actively trying to implement the United Nations'
Biodiversity Treaty., which envisions that fully 50% of all of the United States be put off limits to any
kind of human activity, a weather weapon would be of immense use to the perpetrator.

2) People could be convinced to abandon an entire city if that city were repeatedly threatend with such
weather phenomenon as incessant flooding, or earthquakes, or even volcanoes. Did you know that
cities are planned for extinction according to the NOW plan explained above?

4) Peoople could be starved so regularly that they will voluntarily submit to Population Control
measures to which they might strenuously object under more normal circumstances.

6) If a nation is under attack from foreign enemies, coupled with economic collapse, coupled with
turmoil in our cities, a weather disaster or a series of weather disasters, might just be the event which
pushes people over the edge in panic.
