Undergraduate Research –
- Worked on independent project conducting bioassays to observe Formica ant responses to
bee pheromones and running statistical analyses to check for significance and patterns
- Maintained live bee colonies through preparing nectar, pollen balls, cleaning nest boxes, and
tagging numbers onto bees for experimental trials
- Participated in a project working to save endangered mustard plant species, Sibara, by
dissecting seed pods for viable seeds, germinating them, and growing the sprouts in a
controlled greenhouse environment

Riverside Community Hospital (October 2016 – May 2018)


COPE Health Scholar
- Supported nursing staff in feeding, bathing, taking vitals, and routinely checking on patients
to inquire if there is any other assistance needed
- Answered call lights, pick up finished food trays, pass out fresh waters, restock gloves,
replace dirty linen
