Individual Assignment

1. Material Optimalization with making coeffiecient ratio between raw material, rubbers, chemical
compound, and steel to make the various tire or making material flow schedule from outside
factory to warehouse and finally to production process. Because the amount each of material
not always same in the same period. The objectives is to increase the profit.
2. operational hours of machine. We can manage machine operation which is not any machine in
idle condition when production process, because the machine consume the energy but it’s not
used. It wil make the profit is lower. Also we should set the machine maintenance to prevent
machine error. We can use linear programming that relate with productivity and also we can use
queuing theory to know the amount of waiting time the machine.
3. Reduce time of production. We can set shorter time to produce 1 product with placing the
machine layout or machine’s room so effectively. Example we can set each other machine
distance is near or we can set production process with high technology. The objective is
increasing profit with increasing the flow of production. We can use linear programming
method.
