SUBJECT COUNCILWIDE KABSAYAHAN, KAB OLYMPICS AND KID PASIKLAB 2018

1. We are pleased to announce the conduct of the COUNCILWIDE KABSAYAHAN, KAB

OLYMPICS AND KID PASIKLAB 2018 on August 17-18, 2018 at BSP Training Center Sta.
Monica and SM City Puerto Princesa.

Participants:
Registered
 Kindergarten ( KID scouts )
 Grade I-III ( KAB scouts )
 Teachers ( Kawan Leaders)

* Parent are encourage to register as adult Leaders

2. Registration fee is Four Hundred Pesos Only (PHP. 400.00) to cover the cost of the
following :
a. Souvenir T shirt
b. Participants ID
c. Certificates
d. Awards
e. Operation and Activity materials
4. Parent who came along with their sons is required to register as participants.
a. Sleeping gear
b. Personal Belongings
c. Insects repellants
d. Official Neckerchief
e. Parent Consent and Medical Certificate

5. There will be a search for MR. KID Pasiklab and MR. KAB Scout Ambassador and
KAB Talent on August 18, 2018 at SM City Puerto Princesa (Maximum of 2 candidates
per school.
Here are the following criteria

a. Popularity (quota of php. 1,000.00 candidate ) -------------------------------- 20 %

b. Talent-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10 %
c. Casual Attire ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 10 %
d. Sports t Attire ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 10 %
e. Creative ethnic Attire ------------------------------------------------------------- 10 %
f. Barong Attire----------------------------------------------------------------------- 10 %
g. Question and answer --------------------------------------------------------------- 20 %
h. KAB Scout Uniform ---------------------------------------------------------------- 10 %
i. 100 %

Note: The Council will issue 100 pcs of White envelop for every Scout candidate
6. Other Contest:

a. Modern dance contest - (Boom boom) Minimum of 8-12 Participants

b. Vocal Solo - (any Piece) 1 representative per school
c. Tula - (any Piece) 1 representative per school
d. Interpretative dance - (Kapaligiran by Asin) Minimum of 8-12 Participants
e. Chorus - ( MIMAROPA March ) Minimum of 15-20 Participants
f. creative ethnic dance - (any Piece) Minimum of 8-12 Participants

7. Opening Program will be on August 17, 2018 at 9:00 o clock in the morning at SM City
Puerto Princesa.
8. Confirmation of participation is on or before August 13, 2018 thru FSE Ivy Marie D. Bayog
at CP no. 0929-289-3491.
