Chapter 4

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

This chapter deals with presentation of results of the study on the benefits of

convenience stores to Rodriguez, Rizal. The research problems enumerated in Chapter 1

serve as the guide for the presentation, analysis and interpretation of data.

I.Profile of the Respondents

1. Age

Total 400 100.00%
As indicated in the Table 4, 217 respondents or 54.25% of the total population range

from 20 years old and below. As for 97 respondents who belong to the 21-to-30-years-old

bracket, they compose 24.25% of the total population. 59 respondents that ages from 31 to

40 years which has a percentage of 14.75%, 24 respondents that ages from 41 to 50 having

and lastly,3 respondents or 0.75% of the total population are already 51 years old and above.

According to customer profile research of Excentus in 2018, younger customers visit

convenience stores frequently which are mostly 18 years old.
