A. Preparation for Installation

Before installation, engineer has to confirm contents as below:
1) Installation Environment Requirements, Electrical Environment Requirements,
Temperature and Humidity Requirements are all fulfilled. (For this part,
engineer can enquire the customer or check by self)
i. Installation Environment Requirements:

ii. Electrical Environment Requirements

Power supply: AC 220/110V±10%, 50/60Hz, properly grounded.
The BS-400 analyzer should be connected to a properly grounded power socket, its
maximum power consumption is 2kVA. The power socket neutral-to-ground voltage
should less than 5V. If possible, connect the BS-400 analyzer to a power line
specially designed for medical instruments.
iii. Temperature and Humidity Requirement
The BS-400 analyzer is for indoor use only.
The bearing platform (or ground) should be level (gradient less than 1/400).
The bearing platform (or ground) should be able to bear 100Kg weight.
The installation site should be well ventilated.
The installation site should be dust free.
The installation site should be free from corrosive and flammable gases.
The bearing platform (or ground) should be free from mechanical vibration.
The installation site should be free from large noises and power
interference.
The BS-400 analyzer should not be placed near brush-type motors and
electrical contacts that are frequently turned on/off.
The BS-400 analyzer should not be exposed to direct sunshine or heat
source and wind source.
The above-sea-level height of the site should be lower than 4000 meters.
Store BS-400 analyzer in 0 ℃ ~40 ℃ environment. When the BS-400
analyzer is running, be sure to fix the ambient temperature between 15℃~
30℃ with fluctuation less than ±2℃/H.
The relative humidity should be in range of 35%RH ~ 80%RH and no
condensation.

Caution

i.When used in conditions other than the specified above, the BS-400 analyzer
may not provide reliable test results. If the temperature or relative humidity
does not meet the above-mentioned requirements, be sure to use
air-conditioning equipment.
ii.The BS-400 analyzer radiates heat from its rear side when running. A
well-ventilated environment helps keep the room temperature stable. Use
ventilation equipment if necessary. If so, be sure not to expose the BS-400
analyzer to the direct draft that may lead to unreliable results.
