DEVELOPMENT
1. The meeting stated with the Lord’s Prayer guided by teacher Deisy Gómez who also thanked to god
for Carolina´s birthday.
2. The last minute was read by teacher Yuliana who reminded us the pending tasks like (English corners,
institutional bulletin boards, ability guides and reading books for second term. “Books for 7 th and 9th
grade still missing to choose” ).
3. In this part, the teacher Carolina (English Coordinator) suggested to promote the English reading
books for the second term. The idea is to motivate students to buy the books and engage them with
our reading plan for this year. A further circular will be sent to students with the complete information
and prices.
4. On the other hand, teachers presented the ideas for the mid-term exam in which the following project
will be done.

5. Finally, in the varios teachers and our English coordinator mentioned

1. Be punctual with the sending of documents and guides.
2. To make sure the documents will be checked in advance or previous to send them to the English
coordinator.
3. To communicate any complaing or situation to our English coordinator as a first person to deal
with that.
4. Permissions or absent at work must be organized and told in advance following the regular
procedures and forms.

 Communicate and socialize the midterm exam with the parents.

 Check the books in the library and give them to the students.
 The student Erick Moreno (grade 4C) comes back on October 24th.
 Trainings by department have finished.
