EEPROM error Try turning the power supply off and

EEPROM Error
The control circuit is damaged. Replace the Inverter.
CPU internal A/D converter error Try turning the power supply off and
CPF04 -- on again.
Internal A/D Err
The control circuit is damaged. Replace the Inverter.
CPU external A/D converter error Try turning the power supply off and
CPF05 -- on again.
External A/D Err
The control circuit is damaged. Replace the Inverter.
Option Card connection error The Option Card is not connected Turn off the power and insert the Card
CPF06 properly. again.
Option Error
The Inverter or Option Card is faulty. Replace the faulty component.
PWM timer error
CPF07 400-V class: Detected only for
400 kW or larger Inverters. Inverter control section is faulty. Replace the Control Card.
PWM time error
575-V class: Detected only for
600 kW or larger Inverters.
Shared RAM BCC check error
CPF08 400-V class: Detected only for
400 kW or larger Inverters. Inverter control section is faulty. Replace the Control Card.
DP-RAM Bcc error
575-V class: Detected only for
600 kW or larger Inverters.
