PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER ​August 2017 - Present
Leading branding and outreach efforts for our transportation, child development, food & nutrition,
utility assistance, employment training, community development, and housing programs.
Photographing and interviewing program participants from low-income backgrounds and writing stories
to resonate with donors, elected officials, and the general public. Curating content for social media,
designing billboards, writing press and radio releases, and delivering presentations to local agencies.
TRUMBULL COUNTY CHILDREN SERVICES
COMMUNITY LIAISON ​November 2016 - August 2017
Developed educational outreach initiatives including print media, community events, and relationship
building to reach Trumbull County families. Collaborated with local agencies in every project, including
mental health providers for an opiate town hall, religious institutions for a day of prayer for child abuse
prevention, and the fine arts community for an art show featuring the children in our care. Also
provided media and marketing expertise and wrote press releases and public addresses.
WOUB PUBLIC MEDIA
GRADUATE ASSISTANT ​August 2015 - July 2016
Established relationships with local veterans groups and organizations to help identify veterans to share
their experiences for broadcast and Web. Scripted and edited a series of vignettes on local service men
and women to air as interstitials for Veteran’s Day. Produced “Saving Steel,” an educational Web series
on Youngstown’s Black Monday. Developed relationships with steelworkers and community organizers
in the Mahoning Valley.

Produced a multitude of media projects including promotional videos, educational materials, and the
Web streaming of various University events. Coordinated resources and personnel ranging from
campus-wide to national shoots. Developed treatments, produced, and directed videos on a variety of
