November 2008 – Till date Solution Manager

Part of the Global Solution Centre (GSC) team responsible for providing
offshore Pre-sales Technical support to Oracle OnDemand products. The

primary objective of the role is to provide technical support to


Worldwide Sales Community for the entire Oracle OnDemand suite of
products, which includes not only Oracle applications but also offering
them as SaaS or as Managed Services.

As a Solution Manager, took leadership role in convincing the customer


contacts (for e.g. CIO, CFO, Operation Managers, Outside consultants
and Legal firms) of the creditability and effectiveness of the solution in
meeting the customer’s requirement.
