14 WATERPROOFING WORKS

14.1 BASEMENT AND RETAINING WALLS

Providing & laying appoved waterproofing by crystallisation method
(xypex/equi) to Basement floor and retaining walls waterproofing by
membrane waterproofing method as per the manufacturer's
specifications etc. complete.[ Crystalline water proofing with covering of
15 mm thick cement finished plaster to all extrnal RCC wall at basement
level,toilets, pantry, canteen area, inside OHT]

14.2 TERRACE WATERPROOFING

Providing and laying integral cement based waterproofing treatment
with brush bond coating and 80mm thick average screed concrete
above, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs,
terraces etc., as detailed in the technical specification Note: Plan area
shall be the mode of measurement (Contractor should read and
understand the technical specification before quoting)

14.3 SUNKEN AREA - TOILETS/Balconies

Providing waterproofing for the Toilets/Balconies and utility area by using
integral cement based waterproofing treatment with brush bond coating
and broken brick bat filling where ever specified along with screed of
50mm thick above, including preparation of surface as required for
treatment as detailed in the technical specification Note: Plan area shall
be the mode of measurement (Contractor should read and understand
the technical specification before quoting)

Providing waterproofing by Surface method INTERNALLY by following
methods with min. 10 years guarantee.

cement based waterproofing treatment with brush bond coating along
with 20 - 25mm thick water proofing plastering for vertical surface and 50
mm screed concrete above horizontal surface and as detailed in the

technical specification before quoting)
