One of the most beneficial educational experiences for any student is
participating in an international competition. Calling business minded
people who can integrate their learning and experiences to enchant the
consumers with their power of imagination.


   

Dooxle is a young E-commerce venture run by talented and successful


entrepreneurs. From day one it is a fast expanding Singapore based
company and is referred as the art of E-shopping. Despite having access
to 1000s of products Dooxle has chosen few niche and most demanded
products in Singapore to start with; mostly electronic accessories for
world renowned brands.

At Dooxle we aim to bring e-shopping to a complete new level.


Dooxle¶s mission is to give people 24/7 E-shopping experience, which
is more fun, easy, convenient and reliable. Best of all, just a click to

buy what you want wherever you want and we take care of
everything el e.

Following are the topics on which we would like our prospective


participants to contribute by being (realistically) creative.

We are looking forward to associate Dooxle with other websites by
making them as our partners. Could you think of an altogether
new/modified version of existing-strategies that can be implemented to
minimize (advertising) expenses: like Revenue sharing etc .

Off   f Doox : We have a product range of over 1 50K, so
one can order almost any types of consumer goods at Dooxle. As
distribution channel involves legally dealing with all customs/import
duties, licenses for both electronic/non -electronic goods (all
manufactured & non-agricultural products). CC your report on this

We expect you to think of some interesting ideas on how an E-commerce
along with its community fan-base can associate incoherence to create
both business and benefit all from a common efforts. You could explore
on what type of C R suits Dooxle the most. (Cost benefit analysis would
be an added advantage).

Æn the µOpen Ædea Category¶ we expect the participants to think of new
implementable ideas. For e.g. you can pick any one of following lines:
a.c How to build Dooxle Brand awareness? Should it stick to limited
portfolio strategy & avoid being a Ô  website?
b.c How inclusion of country specific products can help Dooxle in
expanding in that geographical location. Choose any country?
c.c Which countries should Dooxle¶s Marketing Strategy target first?
d.c §How Dooxle can affiliate with Corporate? Wholesale Markets?
e.c §How to further simplify the Customers¶ transaction experience?
f.c Pick any real-life topic of your choice; say how Dooxle¶s 1 st
introductory email to Clients should be like « e tc. etc.

Kindly at this point of time do not spend time and energy on FaceBook,
Twitter and YouTube advertisement strategies.


 

     
Teams should comprise of maximum of 4 people.

 
There is only 1 phase of competition i.e. sending a report. You can send
us the report in either PPT(s) ± (Max 15 slides with Notes, if any)  DOC(x)
formats ± (Max 6 pages, line spacing 1.15, font Garamond; size 11.5). The report
can be as small as just 1 page, as long as it describes What & How?


    


No particular topic will be given any special preference while judging.
Although good writing & presentation skills are always an added
advantage but we will read through the lines and more importance will

be given to the quality of ideas and its practical implementation. The
number of winning position is limited to 5; but other teams can also be
considered for ongoing project opportunities with Dooxle if their ideas
are practically easily implementable and beneficial to Dooxle.

respective University and on various online public forums on 31 st Oct
