Course Description

This subject provides a basic understanding of Administrative Law. It deals with the structure, powers and functions of the
organs of administration; the limits of their power; the method by which their powers are controlled including the legal
remedies available to a person against them when his rights are infringed by their operation.

Assessment: Final Examination - 60% out of 100 on End of Semester. Passing Mark(s): 30
The final examination paper that covers all topics learned during the semester. There are two sections.
Section A that has five questions (10% each) and the students must answer four questions (full marks -
40%). Section B has four questions (30% for each question), students to answer two questions only
(60% full marks)
