APRIL 2018
MARKETING SUMMARY
OPEN BOOTH
1. The month of April 2018 where the company has organized many open booth to
cover certain Kota Kinabalu Area. The planning was to focus on commercial building
and attract customer from private sector. The marketing plans were executed
accordingly and many potential clients and prospects were kept during the open
booth activities. The summary details as follow:
The open booth was conducted for two days starting on 5th April 2018
(Thursday) until 6th April 2018 (Friday).
The purposes are to follow up the existing customer and collecting data for
new prospects.
The outcome after taking consideration from Sales Executive, they suggested
that there are not many potential customers during the open booth. The
market is limited due to certain staff qualification and some of the staff was
not ready to buy the house due to their own personal planning.
Sales Executive was not managed to get any booking fee during the open
booth as well as the potential prospect.
Plan of Action: The open booth should be arranged at least gap around 3
months
In Conjunction with collaboration with PPD Tuaran, an open booth has been
setup for one day on 10th April 2018 (Tuesday).
All Sales and Marketing Mobile Team were involved during the open booth.
The event was attended by all teachers and staff from all over schools and
mostly from Tuaran district.
During the open booth, all staff was distributing the flyers for both Taman
Emas Ria and Taman Tropika Ria.
Although there are no customer who placing booking fee but the sales
Executive were managed to get potential prospect contact number to be
follow up.
Most of the teachers were busy during the open booth due to the event
conducted and attended by highly officer and minister from sabah cabinet.
As Overall, the open was good platform for marketing branding.
Plan of Action: Collaboration with Government is good platform.
The open booth was conducted within three days which is starting from 18th
April 2018 (Wednesday) until 20th April 2018 (Friday).
The outcome was successful and Sales Executive was managed to get
potential prospects.
The location was strategic due to near with the Kota Kinabalu Centre and
commercial building. Most of the public were used the services.
Because of the location is very strategic, most of the Sales Executive
recommend to have another open booth in the future
Plan of Action: All sales Executive are requires to bring free gift candy
together with the promotion pamphlet to the public.
The open booth is highly requested from Sales Executive due to the potential
area and prospect. The open booth has been conducted for three days
starting from 18th April 2018 (Wednesday) until 20th April 2018 (Friday).
Mostly the salary range of the works those who working at Wisma Pertanian
are the range of RM2500.00 until RM3500.00
Sales Executive was managed to get prospect contact number to be follow up.
As for marketing branding, sales executive keep on distributing the flyers for
the current projects.
Plan of Action: Mostly of the staff was worked as government servant under
state government and the location was very strategic and highly recommend
conducting an open booth in the future.
The open booth has been set up in front of main entrance for three days
which are starting from 23rd April 2018 (Monday) until 25th April 2108
(Wednesday).
The response from the public not as much encourage compared to CIMB
branch located at Api-Api but the sales executive was managed to get
prospect contact number to be follow up.
The less encouraging from the people might be due general election and
people were concern and focused on polling day.
Plan of Action: The location might be taking consideration for any open booth
in the future.
The booth has been setup for three days starting on 25th April 2018
(Wednesday) until 27th April 2018 (Friday).
The prospects on the area are not much and mostly of the interest prospect
have high commitment and not qualify for the loan application.
The chances to get a good and quality prospects is low due to the area is not

Mostly of the staff was work under state government as well as Federal.
There are state government department and offices were located on the
building.
The response from the staff and public were good and mostly people who
coming are very responsive especially the staff on the building. The prospects
are mostly promising and the contact numbers can be kept to be follow up for
another incoming project.
Due to general election, mostly of the staff were going for the campaign and
only a few left on the building.
Plan of Action: The location will be taking in consideration for any open
booth in the future due to cost renting but the prospects are high quality and
can afford to buy the company project.
The open has been setup for two days starting on 25th April 2018
(Wednesday) until 26th April 2018 (Thursday).
As for result, the booth is less crowded and mostly of the people are student
from nurse course.
The potential target will be focusing only to the officer and teaching staff.
There is not much contact number of the prospects can be collected.
Plan of Action: The management has been decided not to setup open booth in
the future but only focusing for independent marketing on the area.
The carnival has been conducted at Yayasan Sabah only for one day which is
on 29th April 2018 (Sunday).
Susilah Kadir is the only sales executive who has been assigned to do
independent marketing especially distributing the flyers to the public.
Basically, many activities were conducted during the day and most of the
activities are mainly to sport and leisure.
Plan of Action: Due to there are two carnivals were conducted on the same
time, focusing another major event is crucial. This carnival can be used as
platform for project branding and people get to know the latest project by the
company.

OUTSTATION
2.1 For the month of April, the outstation activity has not been conducted by the
management. The outstation has been shifting on May and July. The outstation
details as follow:

4.1 The sales management has stated on the policy that all employees are obligate to
follow all the rules and regulations. The performance of the respective employees as
below:
5.1 The sales management has determined to both of Sales Mobile Team and
Marketing Mobile Team regarding their sales target to be achieved. The following
details are the progress on selling units of both Taman Emas Ria and Taman Tropika
Ria for month of April 2018.

5.2 The sales management has decided that each of the sales executive has been
given a unit target to be achieved. Each of the Sales executive need to sell at least
two units per month to sustain the sales performance.
UPCOMING EVENT
1. Company will be organizing an event along the tenure of this year. The details of
the event as follow:
Project Launching for Taman Emas Ria & Taman Tropika Ria (May)
PPD Project 2018 (April 2018 until April 2019)
Riang Ria Raya 30th June 2018
HQEII Run (August 2018)
2. By May 2018, the sales management has hired three (3) new appointed approved
by Head of Department Sales and Marketing. The details as follow:
3. Marketing preparing for another term of marketing plan starting from July,
August and September. The content and context will be further discussed with Head
of Department Sales and Marketing. Marketing plan will be focusing on next project
which is Tuaran 7 and the sales for the remaining of left over projects. By the end of
November, Tuaran 7 should be fully advertising through soft marketing.
