B. RATIONALE
The School of Graduate Studies committed to provide adequate and useful learning
materials and printing services to the students of City of Malabon University to help them in
their academic and extra-curricular activities while they are within the university premises. It is
necessary to provide the students with fully-functional and accessible equipment’s every time,
as the embodiment of all the students, the School of Graduate Studies should help with the
setting of the standards here in City of Malabon University.

C. PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

This project aims:

 To give back a project to our fellow students whom we owe our positions in the Council;

 To establish one great student body by providing a free service to our fellow students in
their subject presentations and other;
 To make it functional as much as possible for the welfare of the student body;
 To utilize the funds of the Council in an effective and helpful manner.
 Help set the quality of learning here in City of Malabon University.
 To provide free services that can be availed by students of City of Malabon University.

D. MEANS TO ATTAIN THE OBJECTIVES:

 Proper endorsement of project, subject to the University officials’ approval;

 Allocating proper budget required to the enforcement of the project;
 Proper budgeting of fund which is acceptable and justifiable;
 Purchase of the materials ahead of time, as soon as the project is approved.
