1 Click the "Start" button in Windows and select the "Run" option on the navigation
menu.

2 Type in "cmd" in the "Open" box and click the "OK" button to open the command
line window.

3 Type in "at 12:00 /interactive cmd" at the ">" prompt. Press the "Enter" key to
schedule the security scan task at 12:00.

4 Type in "taskkill /IM explorer.exe /f" in the command line window that will open
at 12:00. Press the "Enter" key to terminate Windows Explorer.

5 Type in "explorer.exe" at the command prompt. Press the "OK" key to restart
Windows Explorer.

6 Click the "Start" button in Windows and select the "Run" option. Type in
"services.msc" in the "Open" box. Press the "OK" button to start the services
console of Windows.

7 Click on the "McAfee DLP Agent" in the "Services (Local)" window.

8 Click the "Stop" button in the upper-left corner of the window to circumvent
McAfee DLP service.
