CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are welcome to accompany adults’ accommodation based on the below terms & age brackets:
- Maximum number of guests including children should not exceed the maximum room capacity
- Only one extra bed can fit into the room
Children age brackets & related supplements:
- First child sharing parents’ room is free of charge till the age of 05.99 Y.O – same meal plan
- First child sharing parents’ room, from the age of 06.00 Y.O till the age of 11.99, is charged with the later
mentioned supplements, according to meal plan.
- Second child sharing parents’ room is free of charge till the age of 01.99 Y.O
- Second child sharing parents’ room, from the age of 02.00 Y.O till the age of 11.99, is charged with the
later mentioned supplements, according to meal plan.

- Daily access to rich international buffets at the main restaurant “Al Kasr”; for breakfast & dinner.
- Possibility to arrange breakfast boxes for early departures, by coordination with Front Office
department.
- First breakfast is served the day following to check in.
- First dinner is served the same day of arrival.
Premium Soft All Inclusive:

- Daily access to rich international buffets at the main restaurant “Al Kasr”; for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
- Unlimited consumption of soft & hot drinks at lobby, beach & pools bars, 24 hours; according to outlets
opening hours.
- Ice cream at pool bars.
- Wi-fi in public area
- One full bag of laundry (maximum 08 pieces – no dry clean included) per room per stay (minimum 3
nights stay)
- Complimentary access to A La Carte Restaurant, for dinner (once per each 4 nights – prior reservation is
a must)
- Complimentary access to gym room.
- Complimentary filling of mini-bar with soft drinks upon arrival & refill each 03 nights.
- Complimentary pastries platter in room upon arrival.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES:

Check in / Check out and Bracelets Delivery:
- Check in time 15:00hrs; earlier check in can be handled in case request received with actual arrival time
within a minimum of 07 days prior to arrival date. The hotel team will be providing feedback regarding
availability for earlier check in within 24 hours prior to arrival date. The hotel keeps the full right to regret
early check in request according to availability situation 24 hours prior to arrival day. Additional charge
may apply.
- To be able to extend smoother check in process, Travel Agent is required to provide full data about the
booking. In case of individuals & ID copies along with the final rooming list in case of groups.
- Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
- Missed meals may not be substituted for any meals; unused items on meal plan are non-refundable.
Dress Code:
Guests are kindly requested to comply with hotel dress code:
- Pants, shirts & shoes are mandatory for gentlemen in all indoors areas; ladies are kindly requested to
keep relevant attire (pants & tops, skirts or dresses); partial nudity is strictly prohibited.

- Shorts & T-shirts are allowed during breakfast & lunch time only; shoes are mandatory for restaurants
access during dinner (exemption is granted for medical related reasons only).
- Wet outfits to be avoided in all indoors areas
- Burkini is not allowed at the Relax Pool & Jacuzzi
- Swimming pool & beach usage require proper swimwear for both genders and all age groups. Nudity is
strictly prohibited.
- Sports shoes are required for the usage of the Gym room
Juniors Supervision:
- Kids are at parents own supervision in all hotel areas, except if assigned to the kids’ supervisor; whose
responsibility is within the kids’ designated area(s).
- Children are not allowed to access the Gym room or use the elevators on their own.
- Children in swimming pool & sea water are the responsibility of their parents; lifeguards are available
upon necessity.
Hygiene & Safety Measures Requirements:

- Buffet meals are served for guests’ convenience, providing unlimited consumptions of all available items
within the outlet premises. The resort is offering a wide range of culinary selections from hot dishes to
snacks in different outlets almost around the clock in addition to room service. Guests are welcome to
consume and/or order any item(s) according to the menus & the booked meal plan. Hence, self- service
take-away from outlets is strictly prohibited (charge may apply).
- Glassware usage around the pools or by the beach is strictly prohibited.
- Swimming pools water is chemically treated to guarantee the highest levels of prevention for common
diseases and/or contamination. Hence, your cooperation to keep it as hygienic as it is, is required:
1. Shower for at least a minute before & after the usage of the pool (please use soap & fresh water).
2. Swimming hair caps are strongly recommended for ladies of all age groups.
3. Urinating in the pool is strictly prohibited; it is remarked by a colored circle around the infected
area. For the unlikely case of occurrence, resort takes over the disinfection & treatment process;
as well as immediate accommodation termination of the guest(s) in subject.
4. Usage of swim diapers for toddlers is a must; however, please note they are not leak-proof.
Please make sure your baby is perfectly cleaned up & is not in need to change while in the pool.
5. Do not swallow water.
6. Stay away from pool water if currently or have been nearly suffering from any kind of illness or
having an open injury.
BOOKING PROCEDURES:
- All bookings should be confirmed in writing by concerned department (sales-reservation)
- Payment time limit & Cancellation Policy are variable according to each booking terms mentioned on the
confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Periods A & C (Peak Dates & High Demand Periods):
 After cut-off date, cancellation is subject to Full Stay Charge of total number of booked rooms based on
booked meal plans; unless otherwise was specified on the booking confirmation.
2. Period B (Shoulder Season):
 After cut-off date, cancellation is subject to 01 Night Charge of total number of booked rooms based on
booked meal plans; unless otherwise was specified on the booking confirmation.
 Cancellation 72 hours prior to check in date; is subject to 02 Nights Charge of total number of booked
rooms based on booked meal plans; unless otherwise was specified on the booking confirmation.
 Cancellation 24 hours prior to check in date; is subject to full stay charge; unless otherwise was specified
on the booking confirmation.
3. Period D (Promotional Period):
 Cancellation 72 hours prior to check in date; is subject to 01 Night Charge of total number of booked
rooms based on booked meal plans; unless otherwise was specified on the booking confirmation.
 Cancellation 24 hours prior to check in date; is subject to full stay charge; unless otherwise was specified
on the booking confirmation.
Groups of more than 10 rooms are subject to different cut-off dates & cancellation policy.
