Project Description :
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs http://www.mca.gov.in is a browser-based application. This package
has been designed for MCA to provide support to introduce a Service Oriented Approach (SOA) in the
Design and Delivery of Government services, establish a healthy business Eco-system and make the
country globally competitive. This portal integrates the static content relating to the functioning of the
Ministry and its Offices with the dynamic content connected with the e-Governance initiative of the
Ministry i.e. the MCA-21 Project. Managed Services by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
Role : S/W Testing Team Member
Period : Mar’06 to Mar’08 & Jul’08 to till date.
Tools : Instant Apps/ DCMS (For defect management)
Work location : TCS, Noida.
Responsibility:
Customer Satisfaction & Client Training so that they feel comfortable to adopt changes.
Provides regular and adequate customer service and support to give them better understanding
of Application.
Participated in various meetings and discussed Enhancement and Modification Request issues.
Attained various seminars, workshops with client to solve the queries of stake holders (user).
Analyzing the requests given by client & helping to generate Change Requests.

Title : Electronic Medical Record Management System (EMRS)
Client : Sir Sunder Lal Hospital (BHU) Varanasi
Period : Aug 2005 to Dec 2005.
Responsibility : Active Participation in both Functional tests and Non-functional test.
Project Description: Electronic Medical Record Management System (EMRS) contains
the Patient’s Admission form, Department’s Information with Record search & Report generation in
tabular format. Medical Office Records is a comprehensive electronic medical records system (EMRS)
for healthcare organizations of various sizes.

Title : Lead Management System
Client : NetAmbit Infosource & E-Service Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi
Period : Feb 2005 to May 2005.
Responsibility : Developed one module of the project & Database maintenance.
Project Description: The Lead Management System provide feature to record contract between
customer and consultant. The software enables practices to maintain complete customer
documentation including complete document management system and an interactive prescription
customer knowledgebase etc.
