OMEN CHALLENGER SERIES LUCKY DRAW OFFICIAL RULES

Important: Please read these rules before entering the Lucky Draw (“Sweepstakes”).

1.0 General.

1.1 This promotion is organized by HP Inc. (“organizer”) 1 Depot Close, Singapore 109841

1.2 By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the
Sweepstakes eligibility requirements below.

2.0 Eligibility.

2.1 This Sweepstakes is open only to HP product (laptop or desktop) purchased in the following countries (that you currently live
in): China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand. If you are not a
resident of the 10 countries listed, then you are not eligible to win a prize, and the Sponsor reserves the right not to award the
prize to you.

2.2 To be eligible to win a prize, participants will have to purchase a qualified product from HP and register their entry on the
official campaign website (www.omengaming.co) under your respective country landing pages. Entries must be completed and
received by the organizer in the format designated below.

3.0 Sweepstakes Period.

3.1 The Sweepstakes period (“Sweepstakes Period”) is from 00.01am (all times Singapore Time) on August 20, 2018 to 23.59pm
on September 30, 2018 (the “Deadline”). All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win a prize. With the
relevant proof of purchase - you may still enter the sweepstakes even though you have not received your product.

4.0 Lucky Draw Mechanics

4.1 A lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) will be conducted at the end of the promotion period where a winner will be randomly
selected to win a for trip 2 (two) people to Thailand (the “Prize”) – flight, 4-nights’ accommodation, meals and local airport
transfer in Thailand. Each successful purchase of a Product will entitle you to one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw.

4.2 The Winner of the Prize will be notified of the results within one (1) week after the Lucky Draw via email with instructions
for collection.

5.0 How to enter

5.1 During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any HP product (“Qualifying Purchase”).
 Be sure to keep your receipt. Take an image of your entire receipt. The receipt image must be clear and legible, include
the purchase date and time, and show the qualifying product purchase.
 Each receipt can only be uploaded once.
 Visit omengaming.co/challengerseries website (“Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and
submit the registration form including a valid email address and unique product serial number.
 Follow the instructions to upload the image of your receipt. You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the
applicable drawing for each Qualifying Purchase product included on the receipt (i.e. if you purchase five (5)
qualifying products, you will receive five (5) entries acknowledgement).

5.2 By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on an e-mail mailing list for promotional and other materials.
However, you may opt-out of receiving promotional e-mails from Sponsor upon receipt of the first e-mail by following the
“unsubscribe” options contained therein.
6.0 Prizes

6.1 Nine (9) prizes will be awarded – One (1) in each of the following countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand,
Korea, Japan, China, India, Australia, New Zealand.

6.2 Each of the nine (9) prizes will include the following:
● Return flight from host country to Thailand for Two (2) persons;
● Accommodation in a 4* hotel for Two (2) persons;
● Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided for Two (2) persons;
● On ground Transportation from the airport on the day of arrival and to the airport on the day of departure for Two (2)
persons;

6.3 Fights will be arranged by the Sponsor. Winner of the lucky draw is required to adhere to all travel dates, and hotel
accommodation and transportation provided by the Sponsor.
Please ensure you have the valid travel visa and passport validity (more than 6 months from 1 November 2018).

6.4 Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. All federal, state and local taxes associated with
the receipt or use of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes are not
transferable. No substitutions or exchanges of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a
prize of equal or greater value for any prize without prior notice. Limit one (1) prize per household or address.

7.0 Notifications

7.1 Winners will be notified by email no later than October 15, 2018. To claim a prize, Winners should follow the instructions
contained in their notification.

7.2 Prizes not claimed within fourteen (14) days after mailing to a Winner or if three (3) attempts to contact Winner by email are
not successful, will be deemed forfeited and the Winner will thereafter have no rights or claims or demands against the Sponsor.

7.3 For avoidance of doubt the prize shall be considered claimed via e-mail to Sponsor with relevant particulars correctly stated.

7.4 Sponsor’s decision on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes will be at its absolute discretion and shall be final and binding
on all parties. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotion materials relating to the
Sweepstakes, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

8.0 Disclaimers

8.1 Sponsor, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers,
professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses
arising out of or relating to, the promotion, the Sweepstakes or the Prize.

9.0 Privacy Policy

9.1 By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that any information collected or held by Sponsor (whether contained in the
application form or otherwise obtained) may be used and disclosed by Sponsor, its associated individuals/companies or any
independent third parties to arrange for the Prize.

9.2 Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected forms and/or other forms of
communication which may result in any not being purchased during the Promotion Period.

9.3 Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the
Sweepstakes or any entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other
causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor otherwise
becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned.

10.0 Miscellaneous.

10.1 Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in
all respects.

10.2 The Organiser reserves the right to use information provided by the Participant as materials for the purposes of advertising,
trade and publicity without any prior notice to the participants. Participants will not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms
of compensation on such uses.

10.3 The participants hereby confirm that all his/her personal data stated in the Sweepstakes form is true and complete and that
he/she has read these terms and the Privacy Policy. By clicking the electronic consent box or submitting any personal data, the
participants irrevocably consent and agree to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with these terms and the
Privacy Policy. The participants authorize the Organiser to process any of his/her personal data and information and to disclose
the same to any related existing or future business partners or strategic alliance and/or any other third party as the Organiser may
in its absolute discretion deem necessary or expedient for the purpose of the Event or marketing and promotion of products and
services. The Participants hereby confirm that no further permission or consent from him/her is necessary or required in relation
thereto and this shall constitute the consent required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 or any other contractual
consent for such disclosures of information.

10.4 Entrants who violate these Official Rules; tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes; violate any law, rule or regulation
in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes; or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the
Sweepstakes or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), are subject to disqualification from
entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been
disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
