Monday, December 3rd | 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM

___ Toy Sale Drop-Off Day at Heritage (Any time increment between 6:30 AM and 5;30 PM.)

Friday, December 7th | 8:00a.m.

___ Loaders - This is a HUGE NEED! Meet at Heritage to unload POD.
___ Set Up/Decorate at Heritage for Toy Sale.

Saturday, December 8th | 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM | Please volunteer entire day. (TOP 3 choices)
___ Greeters/Welcomers - Welcome parents and keep the entrance line flowing. Spanish speakers needed.
___ Shopping Buddies (Must be 16 or older) - Assist parents with shopping. Spanish speakers needed.
___ Wrappers - People who wrap well and swiftly. This requires long time periods of standing.
___ Singers-Individuals or groups who help with singing Christmas songs for waiting parents.
___ Café - Visit with parents while waiting for their gifts. Share the gospel of Christ if the opportunity
presents itself. Spanish speakers needed.
___ Prayer Station-Parents leave requests or ask for prayer at that moment. Spanish speakers needed.
___ Loaders/Car Help - Take bags/gifts to parents’ cars if needed/any other tasks needed.
___ Re-Stockers - Monitor tables and restock toys as needed during the mid-morning break.
___ Clean Up/Pack/Load-Up - This is at the end of the Toy Sale and usually takes around an hour.

IF YOU ARE A NEW VOLUNTEER, YOU MUST ATTEND ONE OF THESE ORIENTATIONS TO
PARTICIPATE.
