The Postigo Residence is more than just concrete, steel and
wood. It represent a place of belonging, a place where we rest,
gather and make memories.

We spent time thinking how this project would reflect the current
times as well as the values we as developers hold.

We wanted to build a home that would allow us to reduce our

environmental footprint and live more simply, while at the same
time being a space where we love to spend our time.

Having sustainability at the heart of the project, we where able to

work with recycled and locally sourced materials used through-
out.

This gave the house a touch of character, splash of luxury and a

sense of dignity.

Postigo de Arance 14 has already enjoyed its 100 year anniver-

sary and with the performed restorations we further extended the
life of the building a few more centuries, enabling it to be en-
joyed by many generations to come.
