Daniel Rivera

Daniel Rivera was born in 1952 in Rosario
(Argentina), in a family strictly connected to
the music world. He came to Italy in 1973
with a scholarship obtained by winning
the competition organized by the National
Fund for Arts and the Mozarteum Argentino.
After achieving the Italian Diploma with
cum laude at the Cherubini conservatory
in Florence, he completed his studies with
Alessandro Specchi in Florence and with
Ludwig Hoffman in Munich. In September
2006 he received the title of Artista distin-
guido e Ambasciatore della Musica from the
Municipal Council of the city of Rosario, to
honour his artistic career on a national level
as well as abroad. In 2005 he celebrated 30
years of career in pianism and was awarded
the Tasto d’argento prize, instituted by the
International Pianistic Festival Echos, and
reserved for pianists that distinguish them-
selves in the international concert scene.
He was awarded three first absolute prize
in several international competitions. He
is a highly esteemed pianist and he has

performed in the most important theaters
in Italy and abroad. His natural talent and
virtuosity allowed him to face broad range
of the pianistic repertoire, from classics to
contemporary music. His repertoire con-
sists of more than 50 concerts for piano
and orchestra, performed in tours with Ital-
ian and foreign orchestras. His memorable
recordings include Beethoven’s Hammerk-
lavier Sonate, Aroldo in Italia together with
Aldo Bennici (Ricordi,) as well as his live
recording of Boulez’s Premiere Sonate. In
2002, at the Festival di Musica dall’Europa
in Volpedo, he presented, in a world pre-
miere performance, the transcription of
the Sagra della Primavera by Stravinsky, a
transcription made by Sam Raphling that
he personally revised and completed. The
Argentinian pianist Martha Argerich invited
him personally for play this transcription at
the prestigious Progetto Martha Argerich
in Lugano in 2009. Since that time, the link
with the legendary Argentine pianist, turns
into an intense artistic collaboration. With

Martha Argerich, Rivera comes in piano
duo (two pianos and piano 4 hands) in the
Teatro Ponchielli of Cremona, Teatro Lirico
in Cagliari, Catanzaro’s Politeama Theatre,
Teatro Nuovo Giovanni di Udine, Piano Festi-
val of Pietrasanta and Ascoli Piceno up the
memorable concert on 19 and 20 October
2012, at the Teatro El Circulo of Rosario
(Argentina) which will be released four CDs
with live recordings. Currently, he teaches
at the Istituto di Alta Cultura Musicale P.
Mascagni in Livorno, where he holds a pi-
ano faculty chair. More over, he is actually
General Director since september 2014 of
the Harmonia Piano Accademy in Vecchiano
(Pisa, Italy). In 2010 he played with Martha
Argerich in his home town and live concerts
have come out on four CD’s live. In the last
December (2015) played again with Martha
Argerich for the reopening of the Teatro
Petrarca of Arezzo in tribute to the twenty
years of the death of the great Arturo Bene-
detti Michelangeli.

izdanja, snimao je za RAI, RTSI i
Cologne Radio.

Susanna Spaemann is artistic director of
the international piano festival Vienna
Young Pianists, founded by her in 2005. Born
in Muenster, Germany, she studied piano
performance with Anton Czjzek and piano
pedagogy with Brian Lamport at the Mo-
zarteum University in Salzburg, Austria.
At the University of Music and Perform-
ing Arts in Vienna, Susanna Spaemann com-
pleted her studies with Harald Ossberger
and Klára Harrer-Baranyi. She received
advanced training in the fields of physi-
ology and mental training for musicians
at the department of performing Arts
Medicine at the University of Music in Ber-
lin. The influence of Peter Feuchtwanger,
Noel Flores, Paul Badura-Skoda and oth-
ers continues to inform both her playing
and teaching. Settled in Vienna, she con-
certizes throughout Europe and Japan as a
soloist, chamber musician and lied accom-
panist. In 2000, Susanna Spaemann was ap-
pointed as piano professor at the Prayner
Conservatory of Music and Dramatic Arts
in Vienna, where she teaches piano and
chamber music. Several of her students
are prize winners of national and inter-
national completions. Always concerned
to emphasize the individuality of each of
her students through her teaching, she
is much in demand as a pedagogue for ex-
ceptionally gifted young pianists. Susanna
Spaemann is frequently invited to hold
master classes and to act as a jury member
in various piano competitions in and out-
side Europe, such as Blüthner Piano Compe-
tition in Austria, Münchner Klavierpodium
in Germany, Brin d'Herbe Orléans in France,
Ahorn Piano Competition in Japan, Davorin
Jenko in Serbia.

Susanna Spaemann je umetnički direktor
međunarodnog klavirskog festivala Mladi pi-
janisti Beča koji je osnovala 2005. Rođena
je u Minsteru, u Nemačkoj, gde je učila kla-
vir sa Antonom Czizekom, a pedagogiju kla-
vira sa Brajanom Lamportom na Mocarteu-
mu u Salzburgu. Na Univerzitetu za muziku
i izvođačke umetnosti u Beču usavršavala
se sa Haraldom Osbergom i Klarom Harer-
Barani. Obučavala se u oblasti psihologije i
mentalnog treninga za muzičare na odseku
Medicina umetnosti na Univerzitetu muzike
u Berlinu. Uticaji Petera Fojhtvangera, Noela
Floresa, Pol Badura-Škode i drugih nastavl-
jaju da utiču na njeno sviranje i podučavanje.
Živi u Beču, a drži koncerte širom Evrope i u
Japanu kao solista, kamerni muzičar i kore-
petitor. Od 2000. radi kao professor na Pra-
jner konzervatorijumu muzike i drame u Beču,
gde podučava klavir i kamernu muziku. Ne-
koliko njenih studenata su dobitnici nagrada
državnih i međunarodnih takmičenja. Veoma
je zahtevna kao pedagog u radu sa talento-
vanim mladim pijanistima. Često drži časove
na master studijama i učestvuje u radu žirija
na mnogim takmičenjima (Blitner u Austriji,
Minhner u Nemačkoj, Brin de Herbe Orleans u
Francuskoj, Ahorn u Japanu).

Martin Kasík studied with Monika Tugendliebová at the Janáček conservatory in Ostrava, and subse-
quently with Ivan Klánský at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Prague. He widened his
musical prospect by attending masterclass of Lazar Berman, Garrick Ohlson, Christian Zacharias, Paul
Badura - Skoda and others. The winner of several domestic and international contests, and the recipi-
ent of a number of prestigious awards, he has to his credit laureateships from the 1998 Prague Spring
International Music Competition, the 1999 Young Concert Artists Competition, the 2000 Davidoff Prix,
the 2002 Harmonie Magazine Award, and other distinctions. Martin Kasík has appeared in major con-
cert venues, such as the Berlin Philharmonic Hall, Wigmore Hall, Tonhalle Zurich, Gewandhaus Leipzig,
the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Rotterdam’s De Doelen, Finlandia Hall in Helsinki, the Auditorio de
Barcelona, Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, Alice Tully Hall and Avery Fisher Hall, the Kennedy Center
in Washington, Tokyo’s Suntory Hall or Victoria Concert Hall in Singapore. As a soloist, he has appeared
with, among other orchestras, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra,
Deutsches Symphonie Orchester Berlin, Tonhalle-Orchester Zurich, Stuttgarter Philharmoniker, Rot-
terdam Philharmonic Orchestra, or Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, performing under the baton of
Pinchas Zukerman, Marin Alsop, Yakov Kreizberg, Ingo Meztmacher, Ken - Ichiro Kobayashi, Libor
Pešek, Jakub Hrůša and others. He has worked regularly with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra and
the Prague Symphony Orchestra, which he accompanied on their tours of the United States and Japan.
In 2008, Martin Kasík was appointed an artistic director of the Chopin Festival in Mariánské Lázně. Since
2009, he has taught piano at the Academy of Music in Prague. His discography comprises 15 CDs for
Supraphon and Arco Diva labels.

Martin Kasik spada među najznačajnije češke pijaniste u ovom trenutku. Posvetio se klaviru od svoje četvrte godine.
Studirao je u klasi Monike Tugendliebove na Konzervatorijumu Janaček u Ostravi, a potom Ivane Klanski na Aka-
demiji za muziku i izvođačke umetnosti u Pragu. Usavršavao se kod Lazara Bermana, Garricka Ohlsona, Christiana
Zachariasa, Paula Badure - Škode i drugih. Pobednik je nekoliko domaćih i međunarodnih takmičenja, a svakako
najznačajnija je pobeda na Međunarodnom takmičenju Praško proleće 1998. Martin Kasik je svirao u najprestižnijim
koncertnim dvoranama i nastupao sa velikim svetskim orkestrima. Redovno sarađuje sa Češkom filharmonijom i Sim-
fonijskim orkestrom u Pragu sa kojima je nastupao na njihovim turnejama u SAD i Japanu. U 2008. godini Martin Kasik
je imenovan za umetničkog direktora festivala Šopen Marianske Lazne. Od 2009. godine predaje klavir na Muzičkoj
akademiji u Pragu. Njegova diskografija obuhvata 15 CD izdanja za Supraphon i Arko Diva diskografske kuće.

Jokut Mihailović je rođena u Uzbekistanu. Muzičke studije
je završila na Moskovskom konzervatorijumu Čajkovski
(klasa Ljudmile Roščine, magistrirala u klasi Leonida
Brumberga). Nastupala je kao solista sa brojnim simfoni-
jskim i kamernim orkestrima, a ostvarila je i veliki broj
samostalnih solističkih koncerata. Pedagošku karijeru
je započela na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu (re-
dovni profesor i šef katedre za klavir), a potom i na FMU u
Beogradu (šef katedre za klavir od 2002.). Radila je i kao
gostujući profesor na muzičkim akademijama u Sarajevu
i Skoplju. Kao pedagog, dovela je do akademskog zvanja
veliki broj studenata, afirmišući ih pritom na renomiranim
Međunarodnim takmičenjima pijanista i javnim nastupima
u zemlji i inostranstvu (Kemal Gekić, Aleksandar Serdar,
Biljana Gorunović, Nataša Dukan, Nataša Šarčević, Ma-
rina Milić i mnogi drugi). Održala je veliki broj majstorskih
kurseva u zemlji i inostranstvu, a često učestvuje u radu
žirija na međunarodnim takmičenjima pijanista. Dobitnik
je Ordena Republike Poljske za zasluge u oblasti kulture,
Zlatne plakete Univerziteta umetnosti u Beogradu, kao i
plakete Univerziteta u Novom Sadu.

JOKUT
MIHAILOVIĆ
jokut Mihailović was Born in Uzbekistan.
Finished her studies at the Moscow Con-
servatory Tchaikovsky (Lyudmila Roschi-
na, master degree in the class of Leonid
Brumberg). She has performed as a soloist
with numerous symphonic and chamber
orchestras and she has also held a num-
ber of solo concerts. Started her peda-
gogical career at the Academy of arts in
Novi Sad (full professor and the head of
the piano department), and at the Facul-
ty of music arts in Belgrade (the head of
the piano department since 2000). She has
also worked as a visiting professor at the
academies of music in Sarajevo and Skopje.
She has held a number of master classes in
Serbia and abroad, and was often invited
to be a member of the juries in internation-
al pianists competitions. She is the winner
of the medal of the Republic of Poland
for her accomplishments in the field of
culture, Golden Plaquetteof the Univer-
sity of arts Belgrade and the Plaquette of
Honor of the University of Novi Sad.

liudmila synagovskaya is a Representative of the St. Petersburg piano school. She gradu-
ated from the piano department of the N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Con-
servatory with the G. L. Sokolov. She has performed at concerts in St. Petersburg and oth-
er towns in Russia and abroad (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and Estonia) as soloist,
chamber musician and concertmistress. Besides Russia and the above listed countries,
she has regularly organized masterclasses in Ukraine and Australia, as well as seminar-
ies for pedagogues and students in the USA and with the International Association of
piano pedagogues. She is a regular jury member at regional and international competi-
tions. Her pedagogical and concert activity was expanded in 1984, when she became the
deputy headmistress of the Mussorgsky Music College in St. Petersburg. She has partici-
pated at numerous international seminaries and conferences on music education, per-
formance and pedagogy and in People to people citizen ambassador programme under
the auspices of UNESCO. She is a member of the Association of concert performers of Rus-
sia.

Ljudmila Sinjagovska je predstavnik peterburške pijanističke škole. Diplomirala je na na odseku

za klavir konzervatorijuma N. A. Rimski-Korsakov u Sankt Petersburgu (tada Lenjingrad, klasa
L. Sokolov, 1980). Nastupa na koncertima u Rusiji i inostranstvu (Norveška, Švedska, Finska,
Poljska, Estonija) kao solista, kamerni muzičar i koncertmajstor. Organizuje majstorske kurse-
ve, kao i seminare za pedagoge. Pedagošku i koncertnu delatnost od 1984. upotpunjuje funkci-
jom zamenika direktora za nastavu na koledžu Musorgski u Sankt Petersburgu. Učestvovala je
na brojnim međunarodnim seminarima i konferencijama posvećenim muzičkom obrazovanju,
izvođaštvu i pedagogiji, kao i u okviru programa pod pokroviteljstvom UNESCO. Član je saveza
koncertnih izvođača Rusije.

Lidija Malahotky Haas studied piano with Janez

Lovše at the Secondary School of Music and Ballet
in Ljubljana and with professor Aci Bertoncelj at
the Academy of Music in Ljubljana. For many years
she has held the position of the piano professor
at the Music and Ballet Conservatory Ljubljana.
Furthermore, for 20 years she used to teach pi-
ano at the Pedagogical Department of the Acad-
emy of Music in Ljubljana. Her students have been
awarded more than forty prizes at national and
international piano competitions; among others
the 2nd prize at the Eurovision Young Musicians
2014 in Cologne. Students under her mentorship
have performed with orchestras in Slovenia and
abroad. Many of them continued their musical
education at different faculties and already
are successful musicians and teachers. Regularly
she is invited to participate as a member of jury at
national and international piano competitions.
For outstanding achievements at her pedagogi-
cal work Lidija Malahotky Haas was awarded the
Škerjanc Prize of the Music and Ballet Conserva-
tory Ljubljana.

Lidija Malahotky Haas je diplomirala u klasi redovnog pro-

fesora Acija Bertoncelja na Muzičkoj akademiji Univer-
ziteta u Ljubljani. Pedagoškim radom na Konzervatorijumu
za muziku i balet bavi se 1984. Njeni đaci osvojili su ve-
liki broj nagrada na međunarodnim i domaćim klavirskim
takmičenjima, među njima i 2. nagradu na Evrovizijskom
takmičenju mladih muzičara 2014. u Kelnu, a kao solisti na-
stupaju sa domaćim i stranim orkestrima. Recenzent je više
početnih škola za klavir, autor propozicija za takmičenja
mladih slovenačkih muzičara u disciplinama klavir i klavir-
ski duo, član stručnih žirija na domaćim i stranim klavir-
skim takmičenjima. Dvadeset godina je predavala klavir
na odseku za muzičku pedagogiju na Muzičkoj akademiji
u Ljubljani. Za izuzetna dostignuća u promovisanju škole,
2012. dodeljena joj je Škerjančeva plaketa Konzervatori-
juma za muziku i balet iz Ljubljane.

Ivanka Kordić graduated from Music Academy Zagreb in

the classs of prof. Ivo Maček. After the college she mas-
tered her knowledge by prof. S. Neihauz in Vienna. Works
as professor – counsellor at Vatroslav Lisinski Coserva-
tory of Music in Zagreb, collaborates with Music Acad-
emy in Zagreb in the subject of Pedagogical Practice
as a students mentor. She educated a number of young
pianists and teachers who have won many top prizes in
national and international piano competitions and be-
came active participants in the musical life of Zagreb
and beyond. Jury member of regional, national and inter-
national competitions, she also holds masterclasses and
creative workshops through Croatia. Ivanka Kordic is
member of the Croatian Music and Dance Pedagogues As-
sociation and vicepresident of EPTA Croatia. She is found-
er of International Competition for young pianists Zlat-
ko Grgosevic in Sesvete (Croatia). In cooperation with
fellow professor Minja Kolak she wrote the Books for Pi-
ano Beginners, Joyful Journey 1 and Joyful Journey 2. Au-
thors want to encourage the students to develop crea-
tive learning and practicing, also openness, vide vision,
which will create as many ideas for problem solving. She
wrote a Book Guide for Piano Teachers which is intend-
ed as an aid in the successful preparation, organisation
and realisation of the beginner class.

Ivanka Kordić je Muzičku akademiju završila u Zagrebu, u klasi Ive

Mačeka. Nakon studija se usavršavala kod S. Neihauza u Beču.
Radi u Glazbenoj školi Vatroslava Lisinskog u Zagrebu, saradnica
je i mentor studentima na Muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu u okviru
predmeta pedagoška praksa. Članica je HDGPP-a i potpredsed-
nica EPTA-e Hrvatske. Idejni je začetnik Međunarodnog natjecanja
mladih pijanista Zlatko Grgošević u Sesvetama (Hrvatska). Dobit-
nica je godišnje nagrade HDGPP-a i godišnje državne nagrade Ivan
Filipović za 2012. godinu u području srednjeg školstva. U saradnji
sa Minjom Kolak, napisala je klavirsku početnicu, udžbenik i zbirku
Veselo putovanje. Autor je pedagoškog priručnika za nastavnike
klavira kao pomoćnog sredstva u uspešnom pripremanju, organ-
izovanju i izvođenju početne nastave klavira.

Helena Davidović graduated from Music Academy in Novi Sad with Rita Kinka.
Actively participates in musical life in Sabac (Serbia) where she is working, ad-
dressing not only educational but also the cultural, artistic and concert
activities. She founded Baroque trio which worked under the mentorship of
Miodrag Azanjac, and after successful performances trio continued their
studies with Olivera Djurdjevic at FMU Belgrade. Her students are prize winners
of many completions in the country and abroad. As a president of the organiz-
ing committee of the Competition for young pianists in Sabac she was awarded a
special prize. She successfully conducted master classes of many eminent piano
teachers. She often participated in the work of the piano competitions jury. For
many years of comprehensive activity in the education of young talents and
knowledge invested in the growing generation of artists she was awarded the
annual prize of AMBS in 2012.

Helena Davidović je rođena u Subotici. Visoko obrazovanje stiče na AU u Novom Sadu u klasi
Rite Kinke. Aktivno učestvuje u muzičkom životu Šapca baveći se ne samo pedagoškim, već
i kulturno umetničkim i koncertnim delatnostima. Suosnivač je šabačkog Baroknog tria koji je
radio pod mentorstvom Miodraga Azanjca, a posle uspešnih nastupa, članovi tria su se dalje
usavršavali u klasi Olivere Đurđević. Sa svojim učenicima postiže veoma zapažene rezultate
na najznačajnijim takmičenjima u zemlji i inostranstvu. Kao predsednik organizacionog odbora
priprema i realizuje Takmičenje mladih pijanista u Šapcu. Organizuje i realizuje majstorske kur-
seve mnogih eminentnih klavirskih pedagoga. Učestvuje u radu žirija na mnogim takmičenjima
(na Republičkom takmičenju 2003, na 51. Festivalu muzičkih i baletskih škola Srbije u Vršcu
2007, na klavirskim takmičenjima u Beogradu, Novom Sadu, Sremskoj Mitrovici, Zrenjaninu.
Za višegodišnje svestrano delovanje u obrazovanju dodeljena joj je Godišnja nagrada ZMBŠS
2012. godine.

Ariana Kuriu Grubi was born in Tetovo (Macedonia), she graduated from Music
Academy in Pristina with Lejla Haxhiu Pula in 1994. After finishing Master degree
in Skopje in 2011 with Todor Svetiev, she was engaged at the Music Academy in
Tetovo, teaching the Methodology for piano, and from 2003 as a piano teacher
at the high music school Ilija Nikolovski Luj in Skopje. Several of her students
are prize winners of national and international completions. She was engaged
also as a piano accompanist in several violin and flaute competitions, as well
as on the conserts with Blerim Grubi (violist), both in Maceodonia and abroad
(2012 in New York, organized by Macedonian Ciltural Center).

Arjana Kuriu Grubi je rođena u Tetovu. Diplomirala je 1994. na Muzičkoj akademiji u Prištini u
klasi Lejla Hadžiu Pula. Magistrirala je metodiku klavira na Muzičkoj akademiji u Skoplju kod
Todora Svetieva. Na Muzičkoj akademiji u Tetovu predaje klavir i metodiku klavira u zvanju do-
centa. Od 2003. predaje klavir u muzičkoj školi Ilija Nikolovski Luj u Skoplju. Njeni učenici su do-
bitnici visokih nagrada na takmičanjima zemlji i van nje. Kao korepetitior, prati učenike violine i
flaute na takmičenjima, a profesionalno nastupa sa suprugom, violistom Blerimom Grubiem na
koncertima u zemlji i inostranstvu (Nju Jork, Makedonski kulturni centar 2013).

Srdjan Dalagija graduated in 1985 from the Sarajevo Music Academy, with
Milica Šnajder. During his studies and after graduation Srdjan had an
intense performing activity in the country and abroad. As significant
performances during that period, numerous solo concerts and six ap-
pearances with the Sarajevo Philharmonic Orchestra stand out. He
participated in numerous competitions and achieved remarkable re-
sults. For the last twenty-three years Srdjan has been working as a pi-
ano teacher in the music school Isidor Bajic, Novi Sad. In his pedagogical
work so far his students won over sixty awards at national and inter-
national competitions. Among international competitions the follow-
ing should be mentioned: Paris, France, the Ninth international contest
of Nikolai Rubinstein in 2008, Usti nad Labem, Czech Republic, 44th compe-
tition Virtuosi per musica di pianoforte in 2011, Barletta, Italy, 23rd con-
test, Concorso Internazionale per Giovani Musicisti Citta di Barletta,
2013, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, 2015, Eighth International Competition of
Young Pianists. He is the president of piano department of Vojvodina from
2015. Apart from pedagogical activities, the CD collection of piano com-
positions Balkando, released in 2000 by Studio M and Radio Novi Sad, spe-
cifically should be abstracted.

Srđan Dalagija rođen je u Sarajevu. Diplomirao je 1985. na Sarajevskoj muzičkoj

akademiji, u klasi Milice Šnajder. U toku školovanja i nakon završetka studija
imao je intenzivnu izvođačku delatnost u zemlji i inostranstvu, između osta-
log više nastupa sa Sarajevskom filharmonijom. Učestvovao je na mnogob-
rojnom takmičenjima i postizao zapažene rezultate. Radi kao profesor klavira
u muzičkoj školi Isidor Bajić u Novom Sadu. U dosadašnjem pedagoškom
radu njegovi učenici osvojili su veliki broj visokih nagrada na domaćim i in-
ostranim takmičenjima (Pariz, Usti nad Labem - Češka, Barletta - Italija, Nižnji
Novgorod - Rusija). Predsednik je klavirske sekcije Vojvodine od 2015. godine.
Od vanpedagoških aktivnosti treba izdvojiti autorsko CD izdanje Balkando sa
kompozicijama za klavir, koju je snimio 2000. godine u produkciji Radio Novi
Sad.
