(A) Oil charging of TDBFP A & B
Start LOP and Stop DCEOP (pr after filter >6 ksc and header pr > 3.5 ksc)
(2) STG
Open STG valve (Try manual STG if its hard try throttling)
(B) Turbine
(D) LPBP pump: cf pump pr :17ksc, circulation pump, RC pump should be in service
(3) Purging
(1) MDBFP should be in service

Procedure
Make scoop to 0%
Start MDBFP

Drum level (>400mm for 1st BCW and > 200mm for 2nd BCW)

Flue gas, primary air and secondary air i/l and o/l gate should be open
Chck flue gas i/l tempr and secondary air outlet temperature
Start RAPH
(4) ID fan

(5) FD Fan
Precaution
Start ID fan check motor current, whether o/l gate open within 3 sec
Adjust ID vfd and FD igv to maintain furnace pr at -10mmWC and total air should be >30% and
<40%(~640 TPH)
(6) PURGING

Procedure
Start purge (SADC will open 100 % then 50% then close
Wait for 10 second after purge completed came then we can open LOTV and HOTV
(4)Light up
Start LDO pump discharge pressure increases adjust RC to maintain a discharge pressure of 18KSC then
put RC in auto with setpoint 18 ksc
Casing drain, drain before discharge valve after suction valve, suction strainer and conical strainer
drain
All vents open( filter vents ,cooler vents ,discharge header vents)
Start AOP after 2 min stop DCEOP ( check lube oil pressure rising)
(4)STG
Open drain after IPT exhaut till live steam temperature >250 C
(8)TDBFP Rolling
RC valve is opened
When live seam temperature ~300 C clse drain after IPT exhaust and vent before ESV
Open MSV 101 and MSV 102(MS strainer drain valves) ,MSV 105 and MSV 106(HPBP warm up line
drain)
Then close MSV bypass valves and MSV 101 and 102
(5)Charging of APRDS
Check MS pr in APRDS line and MS pr near MSV if its same open ASV 22
After reaching setpoint~250 C then close ASV 164 and atmospheric drain
(6)Vacuum pulling
Open ASV 67
See the temperature in TG seal steam page >240 C then open isolation valve and supply valve
Start GS exhaust fan and put it in auto immediately after seal steam pr > 50mmWC
Start CW RC pump
Open all MAL drains and ensure isolation valves in local open condition
HPBP warmup
Open HPBP warmup line drain BPV 101 and BPV 102
(See downstream temp is rising after upstream and downstream temperature almost equal
LPBP warm up
Warm up steam drain HRHV 113 and HRHV 114 should be open
CRHV 101
HPBP commissioning

Procedure
Open BPV 101 and BPV 102 (local isolation valve ) then BPV 3 and BPV 4
Then open BPV 1 and BPV 2 (>5%) and close BPV 3 and BPV 4
Then contrl downstream temp through spray valves BPE1 and BPE2
LPBP commisioning
Precaution
Open all drains in steam drain flash tank(CRHV 101, HRHV 105,HRHV 106 ,HRHV 109,HRHV 110 ,
HRHV 113,HRHV 114,LPBP warm upd rains and line drains in CRH and HRH strainer drain)
Use CEP spray water to maintain condenser wall temp through WIV 1 and WIV 2
(9)Turbine rolling
