1. TERMS OF PAYMENT

 Payment: 30% Advance payment to be made in order to release the work order and balance
80% payment to be done at the time of dispatch.

2. TERMS OF DELIVERY
 Products will be dispatched within 2 days after final payment is done

3. PRICE OFFER VALIDITY

 Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of quotation

4. WARRANTY
 The period of warranty shall start from the date of delivery of the product to the customer and
shall cover a period of 24 months
 Within the warranty period, if the product fails both because of general material and
workmanship, or mounting faults, it will be repaired without demanding any charge under any
title such as workmanship charge, replaced parts charge, or any charge under any other name
 Free repair and product exchange obligations will be annulled under the following conditions:

a) If the product becomes faulty due to use contrary to the terms or conditions stated
in the user guide,
b) If the product has been opened, used, or previously repaired by unauthorized
persons,
c) Use of the product by plugging into inappropriate voltages or with faulty electric
installation without the prior knowledge of our authorized services,
d) If the product serial number has been altered or removed
