    1. This document is an evaluation form used to assess a student's performance in various program outcomes (POs) based on a group presentation project. 2. The form evaluates 7 POs related to knowledge, skills, attitudes, and professionalism based on criteria like understanding concepts, following instructions, social skills, values, communication, problem solving, and information management. 3. For each PO, the student is given a score out of 10 based on their demonstration of the criteria. These scores are multiplied by an average band value to calculate the final marks earned in each PO area. Additional bonus marks are awarded for full group participation.
