Description of Assignment :

A contractor known as Bauer RenoBuilt Sdn Bhd was appointed to carry out renovation works
on the existing computer lab (Refer Proposed New Centre Figure 1: Floor Plan) into world
class BIM Development Centre. Prior to commencement of the work, the owner has requested
you to complete the following tasks.

Task 1 (LO3) :

1 Prepare a schedule (using Project Management Software) for the renovation works with
detailed Work Breakdown Structure include :

Removal of existing works:

-removal of all furniture,
-existing curtain and
-raised floor system,

New works :
-electrical wiring,
-computer data cabling,
-whiteboard,
-projector
-computers and CPUs with tables and chairs

Task 2 (LO4):

Using appropriate illustration generated by BIM related software, discuss the construction
sequences of all the elemental works.

You need to present your findings during class hour.
