CONSENT TERMS

The Respondent husband has agreed to take the Applicant wife back to his home and fulfil
all marital and other responsibilities of the Applicant wife and the 3 year old minor daughter Rida
Javed Shaikh. The Respondent and Applicant had agreed for following terms in the interest of minor
daughter and to give a second chance to their marriage. Hence this Consent terms. Uncle of the
Respondent, Mr Yusuf Koya takes the guarantee that the Respondent Javed Shaikh will take good
care of his wife and will not indulge in any domestic violence in future and that he will maintain his
wife with dignity and fulfil her and their daughter’s day to day living expenses, educational expenses
etc regularly.

1. The Respondent has agreed that in future no domestic violence or any kind of harassment
and cruelty will be meted out to the applicant from his side or his mother, sisters, and
brother in law’s side.

2. The Applicant has agreed she will condone all the past painful instances and start a fresh life
with love and dedication.

3. The Respondent Javed Shaikh has agreed to take care of all the responsibilities of the
Applicant wife and minor daughter Rida Shaikh including day to day living expenses,
medicines, education of child etc.

4. The Respondent has agreed he will give Rs 2000/- monthly for personal expenses of the
Applicant.

5. The Respondent agrees that in case he goes abroad, he will regularly pay minimum Rs
10,000/- for the accommodation, living expenses of wife and daughter and child’s
education and will understand and take responsibilities of any ad-hoc expenses if any.

6. As the house of the Respondent has gone in re-development, till the re-development , the
Respondent husband agreed to to keep the wife on rental accommodation in jogeshwari and
one the house is developed and constructed, the Respondent will take his wife to his own
home.
7. The Respondent agreed once he is settled abroad he will try to take the wife and child with
him to share the bliss of marriage and family.
