Purpose

In order to prepare young learners with the demands of a competitive world, the school should
make corresponding changes on the quality of education and its strategies that will nurture
knowledge skills
A School Development and Accountability (SDA) Framework provides Tagbina National High
School with useful feedback that guides and supports the school to make continuous improvements.
This gives an overall picture of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and
reviewing procedures at the school level.

School Planning
The school planning considers the DepEd vision, mission, and core values. It also considers the
baseline data of the school through previous performance indicators, results from interviews,
observations, and others.

Implementation
In the implementation phase, the different program teams manage the various programs and
activities in the school. Regular reports will be submitted as to the status of implementation.

Monitoring and Evaluation


Monitoring and Evaluation Plan is made to guide the team on team on the major areas to be focused.
This includes specific questions that should be answered and the documents (MOV’s) that validate
the data available.

Reporting of Results
Reports are reported to inform understanding and action. It should consider who are involved in
taking actions and how these should be done. The results will be the basis of the succeeding actions
to be undertaken
External Review

Stakeholders are involved in the evaluation of the school’s performance. Their support and
commitment should be enhanced to have a dynamic partnership that will lead to school’s success.
