CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As established by the law in force regarding electronic trading and remote trading (Legislative
Decree 22/5/99 no. 185), it is NOT possible to cancel the purchase of a ticket or receive a refund
of the nominal price, or change the date, or make any alteration to the order.

As established by the law in force regarding electronic trading and remote trading (Legislative
Decree of 22/5/99 no. 185), for this type of purchase, the exercise of the RIGHT OF
WITHDRAWAL is NOT provided for. After having made the purchase it is not possible to cancel
or modify the order.

Important information!

Reimbursement of purchased tickets

Confirmation of the event shall depend on the “snow check” with inspection by the FIS on 11
January 2018.

If the event is cancelled on this date, the Organisation shall refund the price of the ticket excluding
advance sale charges.

Requests for reimbursement must be received within four days from the date of the event. The
ticket purchase must be compulsorily attached, without which it will not be possible to pay a
refund.

(bad weather, snow, fog, wind), the ticket shall not be refunded and any request for

The ticket gives the right to entry to the race area, reserved to spectators.
A spectator found to be without a ticket further to a staff check must pay the ticket price.
The organization declines any liability for damages to persons and objects before, during and after the event.
The issuer declines any liability regarding the cancellation of events or programme changes decided by the organizer,
to whom any claims must be sent.
The spectator agrees and authorizes any future use of audio/video recordings that may be carried out during the
performance of the event.
It is forbidden to make audio and video recordings of the event (including official training sessions, qualification
matches, wards and interviews with the athletes during the event) meant for dissemination via TV, radio, internet or any
other means of transmission and made using any form of device (TV cameras, mobile phones, tablets, etc.).
