JOB DESCRIPTION
SCOPE : This Job Description shall apply to anyone who is assigned to the job
irrespective of his grade in the Company.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Education: Minimum Matric Preferably DAE
Experience: 10-15 years
CONCEPT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent is responsible to deliver his work with quality at stipulated time schedule as per
DSTS. He is required to achieve or exceed activity efficiency benchmark within the budgeted
parameters. He is also to ensure that all HSE procedures are being followed. He must be well aware
of the original scope of work so that he is able to identify extra work and report it.

Resource Availability
Check quantity and material specifications of material received, as per drawings.
Cost Control
Deploy resources with zero idling. Control cost in terms of man-hours, deployment of plant
& equipment, consumables, etc.
Minimize rework cost by addressing poor workmanship, material wastage and coaching
his team to deliver the right product by using the best technical methods.
Team Administration
Demonstrate good administrative and interpersonal relationship skill to effectively manage
his job. Develop and maintain environment of teamwork and ownership amongst his team
members.
Resolve technical conflicts and suggest the ways to work around the bottlenecks, where
necessary, gets guidelines from the Discipline Engineer.
Performance Feedback
Provide unbiased inputs for performance appraisals of his workers as and when required.
