A- GENERAL :
(i) Review required Material Specifications and condition for the equipment
(ii) To the Item: Recording of items Received, Spares Received and checking for that
equipment model, type and source check.
B- OVERALL EXAMINATION :
(i) Examination of system Materials, and check for certificates for F.A.T for the equipment.
(ii) Check for transportation Damage caused or storage damage for Complete
system and parts.
C-INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
(i) Installation according to the submitted document / Drawing in the
Corresponding Drawing p&I.D No.( 12306-PP-A1-140 for Deoiling Pressure vessel,
and 12306-PP-A1-140 for secondary Pressure vessels ).

(ii) Vessel orientation agrees with construction drawings.

(iii) Check if the Vessels are properly installed ( anchor bolts, secured a

and grouting properly placed) .

(iv) Check for Accessibility for vessels, devices and valves .

(v) Support brackets and clips for piping, ladders, platforms, etc.,

have been properly installed.

(vi) Check for Suitability of flanges, facings, and gaskets for service conditions.

(vii) Check that the Vessel nameplate has been installed.

(viii) Check that the Connecting piping and valves have been installed on the vessel

(included all instrument devices according to the drawing).

(ix) Check to confirm that vessel is free of all loose debris or standing water.

(x) Check that the water nozzles installed properly and internly cleaned.

(x) Check that the earthing of the vessel was connected properly.
