1 – You can search by Model, Auction Lot No, ID;
2 – Search Model: Make, year and chassis number;
2a – Advanced Search – detailed search;

3- a) If you chose “Upcoming” – the system will show all available cars in auction, you can
narrow search by auction day;
b) “Wholesale” – All listed price are fixed, you do not need participate in Auction and we can buy
cars straight away up on your request.
c) Past statistics – shows the list of cars sold for the past two months in auction.

AUCTION SHEET

AUCTION GRADING
S The vehicle is less than 12 months old from the first registration date and travelled less
than 10,000 km. The vehicle is in immaculate as new condition.

6 The vehicle is less than 36 months old from the first registration date and travelled less
 than 30,000 km. The vehicle is in immaculate as new condition.

5 The vehicle has travelled less than 50,000 km. The exterior may have some minor
scratches and marks.

4.5 The vehicle has travelled less than 100,000 km. The exterior generally has more minor
scratches and marks than grade 5.

4 The vehicle has travelled less than 150,000 km. The exterior has some
scratches/scrapes and possibly minor dents.

3.5 The exterior has some noticeable scratches/scrapes and/or dents, may contain rust or
corrosion. This grade will require some repairs.

3 The exterior has more noticeable large scratches/scrapes, paint blemishes, and/or
large dents. This grade will generally require more repairs than a 3.5 grade.

2 Very poor condition, save up for something better.

1 1. Substantial engine or body damage 3. Flood damage 4. Fire extinguisher damage.

RA Minor accident vehicle to which the damage has been repaired.

R More substantial accident vehicle to which the damage has been repaired.

*** Accident car or “As it is condition”; Engine may no longer work.

Interior Description
A The vehicle interior is as new.

B The vehicle interior is in excellent condition, may contain minor wear marks, may
require light cleaning.

C The vehicle interior is in average condition and may contain cigarette burns, torn
upholstery, screw holes, cracked dash, glue. Interior will require cleaning.

D The vehicle interior is in poor condition, worse than 3 and will require repair and heavy
cleaning. Interior may smell.

E The vehicle interior is in very poor condition and will require extensive repair. Interior
may smell.

Exterior Description
A Scratch or Crack; A1 scratch 2-3 cm, A2 scratch < 10 cm, A3 > 10 cm.

C Corrosion (bad rust).

S Rust

U Dent; U1 dimple, U2 < 10 cm, U3 > 10 cm.

B Same as U.

AU Scratch and Dent; again can be combined with numbers.

W1 Repainted as good as new condition.

W2 Repaired & repainted in good condition.

W3 Repaired but the surface finish is bad.

Y Crack; Y1 crack 2-5 cm, Y2 < 10cm, Y3 > 10cm.

X Part exchange required.

XX Part exchange history.

BIDDING
Once you found car please click “BID” button on the last column.
The number inside of the button shows time left to auction bid acceptance. Usually auction
starts after 1.5 hours since bid acceptance is closed. In our example 4 hours left till auction bid
closes for this car!
“CLOSED” means bid acceptance is finished for the car.
“END” shows the auction for the car is over and you can see the sold price.

When press ”BID” button, a small window opens as followings:

1 –Enter your bid, which is the maximum that

you want to bid on the car. We will then bid for
you, up to that amount

2- If you are going to buy different model

cars. You can create two groups up to 5
cars with group names, i.e A, B etc.

3- You can put some remarks for us for

sales managers.

4 –“WIN MAX” - you can bid up to 5

cars at the same time. Let’s say if you
want to buy 2 cars; you can choose Win
max 2 out of 5.

Once you place a BID:

Here is example, customer created two groups with Mercedes –Benz and BMW;
Colums:
Start – shows a starting price in auction
Final – shows a final price
Result – car status /Sold, Unsold, Won, Negotiated/
Bid – your bidding price

– Sales manager need approve your bid.

TRANSLATED – Sales manager translate Auction sheet (Car inspection sheet), click
“Translated” to see the details

– Sometimes car is unsold in auction due to some reasons (i.e. noone reaches

reserve price and etc). In such cases, we can have a fax/online negotiation with auction
house. Price in Red brackets shows an estimated starting negotiation price (please note this
price generated automaticaly by system and may not be accurate);
If a starting price is under your bidding price, the company has a right to apply for negotiation
by default.
Customers with appropriate deposit can apply for negotiation even they did not bid on the car.
Negotitians can be done on the day of auction within auction houses working hours.
In order to apply to negotiation please contact sales manager with your max budget.
! Once you apply for negotion you can’t cancel it.

– So our customer couldn’t get BMW but he got Mercedes-Bens for 55000 less
than his bidding price 

PURCHASE

Once you won car you can track procedure in your account on “PURCHASE” page

TRACKING

The next day after purchase you can find pro forma invoice while clicking the car on your
PURCHASE page. In the pro forma invoice you will see how much you owe for the car.

You can follow all the movements of your car from auction house till arrival date at destination
port.
