Duties and Responsibilities

➢ Coordinate to electrical trade contractor to execute testing of electrical

equipments such as AHU, FCU, DOAS, CHILLER, FUEL PUMPS, PUMPS and other
equipments for air conditioning systems.
➢ Supervise installation of equipment such as blower , ahu , fcu, doas , pumps , and
other equipments for air conditioning system.
➢ Supervise electrical installation of any electrical equipment in building
construction.
➢ Responsible for installation of ducting and piping for air conditioning system.
➢ Responsible for the installation of electrical system for equipments of air
conditioning and ventilation systems .

➢ Review of construction plan & specification and prepare requisition of materials,

tools and equipment needed for project implementation.
➢ Checking of all incoming materials & equipment to ensure the required
specifications are meet.
➢ Ensure that designs and plans are implemented in actual construction.
➢ Supervise all activities of subordinates in fabrication and installation to ensure
