Position: Reservations Agent (Female / Maldivian)
Eligibility:
Young, pleasant personality & charming voice
Interest to interact in Social Media
Skilled in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations
without error
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high
levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve
conflicts
Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to use a computer with basic knowledge in use of Microsoft Office applications
Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations
Qualifications:
Cambridge examinations completed after completing school (Grade 10)
Knowledge of additional European language is an added advantage
Knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office

Position: F&B Hostess

Eligibility:
Fluent in English
Should have hospitality experience in customer relations
Should be well groomed as per hospitality standards
Should report and manage guests requests, complaints efficiently, and ensuring Supervisor and
Outlet Manager are informed
Should familiarize oneself with all long-term and regular guests and special/VIP guests and
special requests of guests
Should be fully aware of working practices within Health and Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines
Should assist when required to set-up the tables for guest and arrange the tables for special
requests like birthdays, anniversary etc.
Should be on duty until the last guest has left the restaurant ensuring that the guest is asked if
they enjoyed their evening, and wishing them a pleasant evening, and inviting guests to attend
the evening entertainment.
Qualifications:
O’ Level or High School diploma preferred
Minimum one experience in similar position
Knowledge of additional European language is an added advantage
Knowledge of food and beverage service in a Hotel Restaurant an advantage

Position: Crew
Eligibility:
Ability to travel long distance by Dhoni
 Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customer, some of whom will require high
levels of patients, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve
conflict.
Able to effectively deal with the fellow colleagues, contactors and guests
Hearing, smelling, tasting and visual ability to observe and distinguish resort product quality and
detect signs off emergency situation
Ability to learn and use the Engine and other equipment
Should carry out the function of assisting the Captain for Dhoni, look after in Cleaning and
maintaining the vessel
Should be able to ready the Dhoni and keep stand by with diving equipments 10minutes before
schedule departure time, make sure that Dhoni can leave on time and a problems arrives report to
the Captain
Should look after all the stuff (luggage and supply items) and assist to all the passengers to
embarking/disembarking of their things in a proper way
Should inform and instruct to all the passenger for proper usage of safety equipments in good
condition
Should support the Guest Transport Department and Resort Policies and procedures at all times
Should assist the Captain to check the engine and other equipments and give boat condition
reports to the Captain/Guest Transport Manager before mooring the Launch and keep clean and
moor in a safe place
Should assist the Captains Keeping and preparing a rerecords of Dhoni Inventory
Qualifications:
Above Grade 8 standard
Minimum one experience in similar position
Certified in CPR and First Aid
