Note :-
 Candidates can only download the call letters for counseling from
websiteswww.tnhealth.org / www.tnmedicalselection.org and attend the counselling
 No Individual call letters will be sent.
 Candidates should be present one hour prior to commencement of counselling along
with one of their parent at their own cost.
 Candidate should produce a Demand Draft payable at chennai for Rs. 500/- drawn in
favour of ‘’Secretary, Selection Committee, Chennai - 10.” at the time of counseling as
processing fee.
 The candidate should produce the following original certificates/documents without
which the candidates will not be allowed to participate in the counselling ;

1. NEET Hall ticket and NEET Score card

2. X std Mark Sheet
3. HSC/Equivalent Mark Sheet
4. Bonafide certificate for having studied in one or more schools of Tamilnadu from VI to XII Std.
5. Transfer certificate from the school last studied (or) Bonafide certificate should be produced from
where the candidate is undergoing the course at present.
6. Nativity certificate for the candidates who are native of Tamil Nadu but have studied from
Std VI to Std XII outside Tamil Nadu either partly or completely in one or more States.
7. Aadhar card.
8. Community Certificate
9. First Graduate Certificate (If applicable)
10. Ration Card /Passport

Parent certificates to substantiate native of Tamilnadu

 Since more number of candidates are being called for counselling, allotment is not
guaranteed to everyone.
 Candidates should pay the fee as prescribed in the fee details annexed below at the time
of allotment.
 Candidates are informed to read the instructions given in call letter carefully.
 Candidates can attend the counselling as per the date, time and mark mentioned
in the schedule if they unable to download the call letter from the websites .
 If the candidate is absent for the 1st phase of counselling called for, he/she cannot
attend the subsequent counselling.
 If a candidate opts out of Govt. /SF MBBS/ Govt. BDS/SF BDS when seats are
available at in this counselling he/she is not eligible to claim the same in the
subsequent counselling.
 Candidates attending councelling should produce two Demand Drafts one for Rs.500/-
towards processing fee(at Attendance Counter) and the second Demand Draft towards
tuition fee as per prescribed in fee details annexed below for respective category at
Bank counter in the MAIN HALL after allotment is confirmed.
 If Candidates allotted under Government Quota of Self Financing Medical /Dental
Colleges for admission to MBBS/BDS do not join the course the tuition fee amount
of Rs.25,000/-paid as Demand Draft/Cash will not be refunded.
 Candidates are informed to view the websites
www.tnhealth.org/www.tnmedicalselection.org for daily vacancy position in Govt.
MBBS/ Govt. Quota in Self Financing MBBS and in Govt. BDS/Govt Quota in Self-
financing BDS till the end of counselling.
 Candidates shall only opt for the vacancies available at their turn.
 Mobile Phones and other communication devices are not allowed in the counseling hall
during their turn.
 Only one parent along with student will be permitted to attend counseling.
 Participating in the counselling process does not confer right only right to get
admission to MBBS/BDS course.
