I found that meals are well over the recommended daily recommended value. One meal alone from any of the
four restaurants would account for an overwhelming majority of daily recommended value. Eating from these
restaurants would only allow for about a meal and a half each day, not leading to a healthy lifestyle.

The hamburger that was most nutritious is from McDonalds. The hamburger that is least nutritious, is from
Backyard Burger. Due to McDonalds having the least amount of sodium, calories, saturated fat etc. Backyard
Burger does not fit into my daily recommended value.
