Bristersburg Rd / Elk Run Rd—2050 hrs—Units were dispatched for a single vehicle crash. Christopher Forman, 59 of
Washington DC, was taken into custody for felony DUI, felony habitual offender, refusal and fail to stop at a stop sign.

5600 Liberty Rd—0845 hrs—Report taken for an assault with shots fired. Surrounding schools were notified, and imple-
mented safety procedures as a precaution. Juan Carlos Juarez, 41 of Stafford, was arrested for malicious wounding. Juan
Jose Pinon Villagomez, 36 of Stafford, is wanted for attempted malicious wounding, possession of a firearm by felon, and
use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
