The No-Deposit Bonus program is available to all new direct clients who open a live account at GKFXPrime from
12/02/2018. The bonus amount will be added to the client’s account and can be used as a trading margin at first. If the
client meets the requirements stated in the T&C , client’s profit is credited to her/his account.

1. Organizer
GKFX Prime Investment Group Limited is a company registered and located in the British Virgin Islands and does not
solicit or accept customers that reside in or are domiciled in the United States or its territories.

2. Participants
No deposit bonus can only be applied to all new direct clients.

3. Eligibility
a) All applicants must be 18 years old or over, subject to our general Terms of Business and Terms and Conditions.
b) All new clients who meet the requirements of our Terms and Conditions are eligible to apply for the bonus
promotion.
c) If an Eligible Client has been disqualified from the Offer for any reason, he/she cannot apply for the same
promotion again.

4. Restrictions
a) No staff members, and/or their relatives, of GKFX Prime Investment Group Limited or any associated company, may
take part in this promotion.
b) The offer is limited to one per household and one per person, even if they have multiple accounts.
c) This trading credit bonus cannot be transferred between trading accounts within GKFXPrime.
d) Trading account of a client will not be credited with the bonus if that account is already subject to another
promotion.

5. Mechanism of the Promotion

a) The bonus promotion will be applied on request.
b) The bonus promotion will be applied only once.
c) The bonus will only be used as a margin of trading.
d) The client can submit a bonus request no later than 5 business days after she/he opens the account. Requests
submitted outside of this time limit will not be processed.
e) Clients may apply to this bonus offer by requesting via phone or sending an e-mail to their local representatives or
to support@gkfxprime.com .
f) Maximum leverage is set to 1:400.
g) Profits can be withdrawn after completing 11 round FX Lots. Commodities, Indices, Shares are excluded from
calculation.
h) Maximum profit available for withdrawal is $550.
i) Trades closed before 2 minutes-time will not be taken into consideration.
j) Trades opened via EA will not be taken into consideration.

6. Termination of the Promotion
a) GKFX Prime is not responsible for informing the client when the bonus is removed from the account.
b) Bonus will be cancelled upon first withrawal.
c) Clients can’t ask for withdrawal before one calendar month. Trading volume won’t be calculated before one
calendar month after receiving this bonus.
d) This bonus program is intended for the clients residing in the countries where GKFX Prime has an office and is
actively performing marketing activities.

7. Further Conditions
a) GKFX Prime Investment Group Limited reserves the right to amend, cancel or restrict this offer to any applicant or
customer.
b) If GKFX Prime detects that the client has abused the terms of this promotion, GKFX Prime reserves the right to
withdraw the trading credit bonus or terminate the client access to the services provided by GKFX Prime.
c) If GKFX Prime detects that the client has abused the terms of this promotion by hedging his positions internally or
externally, GKFX Prime reserves the right to withdraw the trading credit bonus or terminate the client access to the
services provided by GKFX Prime. Abusement includes hedging, scalping any kind of breach os the system.
d) GKFX Prime reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions of this trading credit bonus
promotion without client’s consent.
