Ado/escent Gils Project (RAlSEi. You will be ossigned ol the Counlry Offlce, Mokoti City, effeciive on
l9 June 2017 unlil 03 August 2017. You will be reporiing to the Communicotions ond Advococy
Officer who will direct ond support you os you fulfill the responsibilities for the durotion of your
internship wilh us.

l. You sholl diligently ond foithfully perform the regulor duties ond functions ottendont to your
position, including but not limited to the terms of reference to be discussed with you by your
Supervisor.

2. You sholl perform the duties ond responsibilities thot will be ossigned to you by Plon
Internotionol, Inc. with o high slondord of honesiy, efficiency, couriesy, sofety, skill,
obedience ond trusiworthiness.

3. You sholl slrictly comply with oll the rules ond regulotions, ond policies issued by Plon
Internotionol, Inc. including the policies on Child Protection qnd Electronic Systems Usoge
ond Access, os well os with oll orders ond inslruclions of your duly designoted superiors ond
other outhorized officers. Violotion on your port of such rules ond reguloiions, ond policies
sholl result in the imposition of the oppropriote disciplinory oction ogoinst you. Your services
cqn olso be ierminoted for ony of the just ond ouihorized couses provided by low.

You sholl obide by the bosic principles of gender equoliiy ond comply with the provisions of
exisiing gender-reloted internolionol ond notionol conventions. More specificolly, you ond
Plon sholl ensure thot no gender-bosed discriminotion lokes ploce in the course ond os port
of this engogement. This includes, but is not limited to, .the use of gender sensitive longuoge
in promotionol moleriols, recordings ond publicoiions os well os in stondord reports ond
communicotion wiihin or withoul Plon. An orientotion on Plon's gender equiiy principle sholl
be provided by Plon to you os requesled ond/or os deemed necessory.

ony confidentiol knowledge or informotion regording Plon Internotionol, lnc. or the noture of
the work of Plon Inlernotionol, Inc. which you hove obloined or will obtoin in the course of
your employmenl with Plon Infernotionol, Inc. No unouihorized disclosure or reproduction of
the some sholl be mode of ony time during or ofter your employment with Plon Internotionol,
Inc., unless o prior written outhorizotion is obtoined.

documenis
of ony nofure, ond orl copies thereof, mode, compried by, or berivered in the course of
performing your roles, including, but not limited to, ony notes, memorondo,
notebooks,
drowing, plons, finonciol informqtion, reseorch doto, evoluotions, methods or ony other
writien informotion perloining to Plon Philippines or its ossocioted componies or foundotions
upon terminotion or expirotion of this Agreement.

7. You sholl ogree thot if, in the course of pedorming your role, you (whether olone
or with ony
oiher person or persons) moke or discover ony invention, development, improvement or
process or creotes ony work the subject of copyright or design rights,
the invention,
development, improvement or process ond/or the copyrighi or Jesig"n rights (hereinofter
referred to os 'lntellectuol Property Righh') sholl be the obsolute property of plon philippines.

8. You further ocknowledge ond confirm thot the rights gronted obove sholl nol be subject to
ony remunerolion ond hereby woives ony ond oll cloims, rights ond interests in such
remunerotion or ony olher pecuniory benefit orising from the use, reproduction, distribution,
sole, recording, or publicqtion of such moieriols, recordings ond publicotions meniioned
obove.
o You sholl toke core of your insuronce coveroge (heolth, life ond occident) os well os your
lrqvel arrongements, if opplicoble. Plqn sholl not cover ony off the oforementioned cosis
during the durotion of your engogement ond lhere sholl be no employer-employee
relotionship estoblished by the ogreemeni. Incidentol costs incurred in connection wiih you
performing duties ond responsibilities for Plon, sholl be covered ond reimbursed occordingly
by Plon.

The foregoing terms ond condiiions sholl govern your employment relotionship with plon
Inlernotionol, Inc. lf you ogree to these terms ond conditions, pleose signify your conformity below.
