#OnlyTheBest​ ​Contest​ ​Rules

Exness Limited, registered in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (also referred to as
“Exness”) is organizing the “#OnlyTheBest” Contest (also referred to as the “Contest”) and
invites everyone over the age of 18 to open a demo account with Exness (also referred to as the
“Demo Account”) and register to participate in the Contest. By registering to participate in the
Contest and becoming a Participant in the Contest, you agree to be bound by the following
Terms and Conditions as well as the Client Agreement and General Business Terms available
at​​ ​https://www.exness.com/legal_documents/​.

1.​ ​The​ ​Contest​ ​Period​ ​shall​ ​be​ ​in​ ​4​ ​rounds:

● Goalkeeper​ ​round​:​ ​October​ ​9,​ ​2017​ ​08:00​ ​GMT​ ​to​ ​October​ ​13,​ ​2017,​ ​22:00​ ​GMT
● Defender​ ​round​ ​October​ ​23,​ ​2017​ ​08:00​ ​GMT​ ​to​ ​October​ ​27,​ ​2017,​ ​22:00​ ​GMT
● Midfielder​ ​round:​ ​November​ ​6,​ ​2017​ ​08:00​ ​GMt​ ​to​ ​November​ ​10,​ ​2017,​ ​22:00​ ​GMT
● Forward​ ​round:​ ​November​ ​20,​ ​2017,​ ​08:00​ ​GMT​ ​to​ ​November​ ​24,​ ​2017,​ ​22:00​ ​GMT

2. The Registration Period for opening the Demo Account and registering to participate in the
Contest​ ​shall​ ​be:

● Goalkeeper​​ ​round:​ ​October​ ​2,​ ​2017,​ ​00:00​ ​GMT​ ​to​ ​October​ ​9,​ ​2017,​ ​07:59​ ​GMT
● Defender​ ​round:​ ​October​ ​9,​ ​2017,​ ​08:00​ ​GMT​ ​to​ ​October​ ​23,​ ​2017,​ ​07:59​ ​GMT
● Midfielder​ ​round:​ ​October​ ​23,​ ​2017,​ ​08:00​ ​GMT​ ​to​ ​November​ ​6,​ ​2017,​ ​07:59​ ​GMT
● Forward​ ​round:​ ​November​ ​6,​ ​2017,​ ​08:00​ ​GMT​ ​to​ ​November​ ​20,​ ​2017,​ ​07:59​ ​GMT

3.​ ​To​ ​become​ ​a​ ​Participant​ ​in​ ​the​ ​Contest​ ​the​ ​following​ ​requirements​ ​must​ ​be​ ​met:
● You​ ​open​ ​a​ ​Demo​ ​Account​ ​with​ ​Exness​ ​within​ ​the​ ​Registration​ ​Period.
● You register to participate in the Contest and agree to the present Terms and Conditions
during​ ​the​ ​Registration​ ​Period.
4. Each Participant is allowed to participate in the Contest with only one Demo Account and
there​ ​is​ ​a​ ​maximum​ ​of​ ​1​ ​prize​ ​for​ ​each​ ​Winner​​ ​.
5. The Winners of the Contest (also referred to as the “Winners”) will be chosen amongst the
Participants whose Contest Demo Account will have the biggest profitability at end of the
Contest period. For each Contest Demo Account a virtual amount of 1000USD will be
deposited​ ​by​ ​Exness.
There​ ​will​ ​be​ ​13​ ​Winners​ ​as​ ​described​ ​below:
● Goalkeeper​ ​ ​round:​ ​3​ ​Winners
● Defender​ ​round:​ ​4​ ​Winners
● Midfielder​ ​round:​ ​3​ ​Winners
● Forward​ ​round:​ ​3​ ​Winners
The​ ​Winners​ ​will​ ​be​ ​allocated​ ​their​ ​Priz​e​ ​ ​according​ ​to​ ​the​ ​following​ ​procedure:

● Goalkeeper round: the Winner with the biggest profitability will get the Prize of USD
4000,​ ​the​ ​second​ ​and​ ​third​ ​Winners​ ​will​ ​get​ ​the​ ​Prize​ ​of​ ​USD​ ​1000​ ​each.
● Defender​ ​round:​ ​all​ ​4​ ​winners​ ​will​ ​get​ ​the​ ​Prize​ ​of​ ​USD​ ​4000​ ​each.
● Midfielder​ ​round:​ ​all​ ​3​ ​Winners​ ​will​ ​get​ ​the​ ​Prize​ ​of​ ​USD​ ​4000​ ​each.
● Forward round: the Winner with the biggest profitability will get the Prize of USD 6000,
the​ ​second​ ​and​ ​third​ ​Winners​ ​will​ ​get​ ​the​ ​Prize​ ​of​ ​USD​ ​4000​ ​each.

The Prize will consist of 50% bonus and 50% cash to be made available to the new Mini Trading
Account​ ​as​ ​described​ ​in​ ​9(a)​ ​below.

The 50 Contestants from each four rounds of the Contest with the biggest profitability on their
Contest Demo Account for each round, excluding the Winners, will receive a USD30 bonus
available​ ​to​ ​the​ ​new​ ​Mini​ ​Trading​ ​Account​ ​as​ ​described​ ​in​ ​9(a)​ ​below.

Any bonus awarded under this Contest can be used for trading without any need for further
deposit to the new Mini Trading Account as described in 9(a) below. Such bonus can never be
withdrawn​ ​but​ ​may​ ​only​ ​be​ ​used​ ​for​ ​trading.

6.​ ​A​ ​Winner​ ​of​ ​one​ ​round​ ​shall​ ​not​ ​be​ ​allowed​ ​to​ ​participate​ ​in​ ​any​ ​other​ ​rounds​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Contest.
7. The Winners will be announced on the website ​https://www.exness.com/ at the following
dates:
● Goalkeeper​ ​round:​ ​October​ ​20,​ ​2017,​ ​12:00​ ​GMT
● Defender​ ​round:​ ​November​ ​3,​ ​2017,​ ​12:00​ ​GMT
● Midfielder​ ​round:​ ​November​ ​17,​ ​2017,​ ​12:00​ ​GMT
● Forward​ ​round:​ ​December​ ​1,​ ​2017,​ ​12:00​ ​GMT
8. The Winners of all the Prizes will also be contacted by Exness by email within 4 (four)
calendar days from the date of the announcement of the Winners. If a Winner does not respond
within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of being contacted by Exness, the Prize will be
given​ ​to​ ​the​ ​next​ ​Winner​ ​from​ ​the​ ​Participants​ ​eligible​ ​to​ ​win.
9.​ ​In​ ​order​ ​for​ ​the​ ​Winners​ ​to​ ​get​ ​their​ ​Prize​ ​they​ ​must:
a) open a new Mini Trading Account in the same Personal Area as the Winner Demo Account
within 5 days from the date of the announcement of the Winners. The bonus Prizes will be
added into the Winners’ Account within 15 calendar days from the announcement of the
Winners.
b) answer a questionnaire on their successful trading strategy, which the Winners consent to be
used​ ​by​ ​Exness​ ​for​ ​marketing​ ​purposes.
10. ​Exness' Bonus Terms and Conditions apply for any Bonus granted as a Prize under the
Contest.
11. All the Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged
for​ ​anything​ ​else.
12.​ ​The​ ​following​ ​are​ ​reasons​ ​for​ ​disqualification​ ​from​ ​the​ ​Contest:
a. Violation of any laws and/or applicable regulations and/or the current Terms and Conditions
or​ ​any​ ​other​ ​terms​ ​and​ ​conditions​ ​of​ ​Exness.
b. Incomplete or incorrect or fraudulent details of a Participant during the registration process to
the​ ​Contest.
c. Single Participant using several IP addresses to participate in the Contest or several
Participants​ ​using​ ​the​ ​same​ ​IP​ ​address.
d. The Participant acts in bad faith and/or abusively and/or fraudulently and/or in a manner not
in​ ​line​ ​with​ ​the​ ​spirit​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Contest.
e.​ ​More​ ​than​ ​2​ ​Participants​ ​submitting​ ​the​ ​same​ ​residential​ ​ ​address.
f. You are not living at the given address. In some special cases, winners have to prove that
they are living at the given address by official document by government within 3 working days.
After​ ​3​ ​days,​ ​they​ ​can​ ​not​ ​prove,​ ​they​ ​will​ ​be​ ​disqualified.
g.​ ​The​ ​Participant​ ​is​ ​an​ ​Exness​ ​employee​ ​or​ ​its​ ​immediate​ ​relative.
14. In the event of disqualification of a Winner from the Contest, the replacement Winner will be
chosen from the list of eligible Winners based on the biggest profitability on the ​Contest Demo
Account.
15. Exness reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, suspend, cancel, terminate the
Contest and these Terms and Conditions at any time without bearing any responsibility or
liability​ ​in​ ​this​ ​regard.
16. Each Participant hereby expressly consents and grants permission to Exness to use the
Participant’s name and contact details for Exness' marketing objectives (for example, in a press
release​ ​about​ ​the​ ​results​ ​of​ ​the​ ​contest).
17. These Terms and Conditions are made in English and any other language translation is
provided as a convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the
English​ ​text​ ​and​ ​its​ ​translation​ ​in​ ​any​ ​other​ ​language,​ ​the​ ​English​ ​text​ ​shall​ ​prevail.
