Enhancing the Bathroom of Daluyan
District House

Khael garden and Landscaping service. The company is engaged in the

landscape design, planning, and development of establishments.

Khael garden is composed of a team of very creative landscape

professionals who are very knowledgeable, highly competent, and
experienced in landscaping service. The people who compose this team are
very reliable, hands-on, trustworthy, and professional in implementing projects
from the design phase up to the finishing stage. Our Working Team possesses
the expertise to conceptualize, design, plan, organize, implement, and
complete the project within the desired time at minimal cost. We also give
prompt attention to after sales and maintenance services.

In line with this, we are pleased to offer our landscaping services for your
consideration.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The landscape service and development of establishment would be for the

design and development of an area. The proposed design will be
submitted for approval subject to reasonable changes in design as the
work progresses.

SCOPE_OF_WORK

For sixty days (60 days) Khael garden will enclosed the three sides of
the bathroom of Daluyan to secure the area, fence all the three sides of
the bathroom and put toilet bowl with flush and tiles on all the
bathroom. Change the roof and paint it with roofguard and Install the
light and water on each bathroom. Change the bisagra and the
drainage and all the door knob. We will also paint the fence of all the
bathroom and extend the roof for the kitchen of Daluyan.
 2. BILL OF MATERIALS PRICE
Over all labor & materials P 323,670.00

3. The WORKING TEAM

The Working Team is composed of four (5) workers;

1 CARPENTER 1 ELECTRICIAN 2 LABORER 1 MASON

4. The PROJECT COST

The Total Cost for the Proposed Project is Peso: THREE HUNDRED
TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS
ONLY (Php 328,670.00 ), and EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

5. MODE OF PAYMENT

The following are the proposed payment scheme:

50% of the total Project Cost - DP (upon signing of the Agreement)

30% of the total Project Cost - Progress Billing

20% of the total Project Cost - Finish Project

6. THE PROJECT COMPLETION

The design, development and implementation of the over-all Proposed

Landscaping Project shall be completed NO LATER than SIXTY DAYS (60
DAYS)

The Working Team shall be at work from Monday thru Saturday from 8:00
AM – 5:00 PM. Please note however that the proposed working time is
subject for approval by the Client.

7. THE WARRANTY

Khael garden’s warranty is intended to ensure the project is completely

done in a professional work.
 No warranty or guarantee of work will be performed until the payment
is received in full.

FOR ROOFING: , leaks on the said roof due to defective workmanship will be
handled by Khael Garden for the period of 12 months.

This warranty does not cover;

Calamities such as; fire, flood, lightning, high winds, earthquakes, extraordinary or
unusual events.
